She filled me in on all of the neighborhoods and helped me find the one that was best for me. She had access to so many houses when they first came on the market, which was great. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything and was able to answer all of our 500 questions a day. We also had a lot of fun working with her and her great personality. We looked forward to hanging out with her driving around Baltimore looking for a house! I continue to recommend Suzie to friends in the area, and know we will be turning back to her when it's time to move.

From day one, he truly listened to our needs and gave thoughtful recommendations about what would be a good long-term investment versus what might end up being a money pit. He wasn't the type to push for a quick sale--in fact, he pointed out property damage and issues we might've missed on our own, which really built our trust. He stood out among all the other real estate agents we attempted working with. Thanks to his guidance and expertise, we ended up getting our top-choice home in just eight days! The process was seamless from start to finish. Even recently, when we needed to relocate, Peter offered to help us find renters and has continued to be supportive. We'll absolutely be working with him again when it's time to sell. As first time home buyers, we felt we got amazing value for the services provided. Highly recommend Peter and the Red Cedar Real Estate team for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, genuine, and reliable agent.

After 5 years of relationship building, we called Peter and the Red Cedar team for support. He came over. There still needed to be places in the house that needed to be painted... the appliances that they provided were less than operable (claimed they were purchased from the good will store, so there were no guarantees that things worked properly)... However, only two days before the settlement we found out that the NVR settlement has screwed up our taxes and we ended up looking for a different title company. After speaking with 10+ title companies whom one after another either turned down our request to fix the issues and get us to settlement or asked for crazy prices to speed-up the process and get us to the closing in at least two weeks, I got the chance to speak with Mr. A. Khakpouri from Universal Title. He not only didn't ask us for any extra fees to help us but also took us to the settlement in only 3 days (something that NVR settlement couldn't do in 6 months). Mr. Khakpouri not only was very nice and helpful in explaining the process to us but also assured us that he will do everything to speed up the process and close as soon as possible. Honestly until the settlement day, it was impossible for me to believe that they can do all the paperwork in 3 days given that they also needed to do a title search that itself takes two days. Mr. Khakpouri was also very prompt in responding to our emails whether we asked early morning or late evening. Anyway, Universal Title helped us to go to the settlement just 3 days after I spoke with them. They not only didn't asked for extra fees to speed up the process but their price was very reasonable and even much lower than many other title companies. I definitely recommend Universal Title in Baltimore to anyone who is looking to buy in DC/MD area and they will be my lifetime title company if we decide to buy a home. If you are looking for hassle free settlement then Universal Title is the solution.
