Upon discovery of incorrect legal documents for seller financing, C&C did not take responsibility for mistakes. They refused to make any corrections and I had to pay thousands more in legal fees to catch and correct the mistake, and ultimately re-do the documents. When I asked for financial compensation for this, they said that they contracted the legal portion out to a real estate lawyer, so were not responsible for it.

Zach texted my husband back and forth, they spoke once, and we were emailed listings of houses. My husband expressed interest in traveling from NY to Maryland to view some homes. My husband asked when Zach would be available. Zach stated that he was free after 1pm the following day so that we could see houses. My husband sent text messages to Zach to confirm an exact time to meet with Zach to view homes. Zach never responded back at all. We literally was in Maryland from NY thinking that we'd connect with Zach. But sadly, Zach ghosted us. That was very unprofessional and very wrong considering the great distance we traveled to get to Maryland. Zach never explained anything. That was absolutely awful!
