I visited several other chiropractors & therapists that had been highly recommended and it wasn't until I found Dr. Dias on Yelp (with all 5 star reviews), that I finally found the relief I had almost given up on when it came to my back pain/spasms. Dr. Dias is very caring & patient; she listens carefully and takes everything you say very seriously (she even discovered the cause of my pain that went unrecognized by others, including myself). If needed, she will recommend a customized treatment plan specific to your needs. I love her all natural approach & techniques that really do work! I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dias! I had to tell her to use alcohol wipes before using the needle. She half ass wiped the skin and stuck it in her dirty shirt pocket with everyone else's dirty cotton balls and pulled it back out and used it again. I should have walked out then, but like an idiot I stayed. When I left, I let her know why I would NEVER be coming back, it didn't bother her a bit. Her response was " there is no clean needle technique anymore." And, she continued to rattle on about how she's was a surgical tech for 19 years and blah, blah, blah. My point EXACTLY, she should know better. What kind of response is that?!?! If you care about your health you will stay far away from this place.

She's very proficient at making you feel comfortable enough to open up and share what is going on. If I could describe her with two words it would be PURE GENIUS. Total wellness has unbeatable prices, and a great range of different modalities. I was there for two and half hours and received acupuncture, a in depth verbal consultation, cupping and a little massage for 75 dollars! My acne was the reason for my visit, which I have been struggling with for nine years.. I am an aesthetician so I am aware how to treat the skin topically and I have also seen dermatologists for antibiotics and accutane. Accutane was wrongly prescribed when I was 18 and it changed my skin for the worst and hasn't got better since. Judita figured out that i have to much heat in the stomach and my body is just working over time and this is what is causing my acne and acid reflux. She also recognizes the emotional aspect of my condition and addressed that to me as well. I am so grateful to have found Judita, she's a blessing to earth.
