Sour & smoky (passion fruit, chili and mezcal) THEEEEEEEE BEST cocktail I've ever had
    Eldingo D.

Fantastic, super awesome restaurant, with best food, best service, and best vibe. Would I go back? Hell yeah!!! Why? Because this was simply theeeee best dining experience I had in London (and I've been to London, to experience the food over 7,8 times) I've been to many of the it places and they were disappointing, but Yeni not only was the bear experience I had in london, probably one of the top 10 food experiences I had overall in my life. That is how food should be.... it speaks to your soul! So where do I even begin? Somewhere between the outstanding service, awesome staff, tastiest food ever, and theeee best cocktail I've ever had, (and of course the gorgeous decor and awesome atmosphere), I can only give Yeni 10 out of 5! I highly recommend this place, even if you are not a foodie, this would be a dining experience you'll most likely always remember in your lifetime. So here is what I ordered: 1) Snow pea salad with green apple, yogurt and mint. This wasn't something I was going to order but the bar tender so kindly recommended it and it tuned out to be my most fav dish of the night. It was absolutely amazing.... super tasty and very delightful.... the crispy fresh texture and the combination of tangy tastes was just soo great I wanted to order one more. 2) Hand made manti beer dumpling with yogurt (re-fermented yogurt- which is fermenting yogurt 2 times) The referee red yogurt was an absolute phenomenal! I've never had such a thing and I wish I could have more. It was super yummy, the only thing is the portion was a bit small, I just needed more of that tasty yogurt. 3) Vine leaf-wrapped beef (with some awesome tasing stuffing which I don't remember now) This was also supper yummy and I tried not to eat it fast so I could enjoy it more. It has some nice Smokey flavor/taste, not sure if it was pepper or?? But it was really delicious 4) for desert, Kadajifi fritters, mastic ice cream, candies orange with fresh oregano leaf The mastic ice cream was very interesting and unique, and it's combination with the candies orange and specially fresh oregano leaf was just perfect!!!! The Kadajifi fritters were my least fav, but the whole combination was great and they all went well together.... it's just that in general I don't like deep fried dough because it tastes like doughnut 5) cocktail: Passion fruit, chili and mezcal (sour & Smokey) OMG! FINALLY I found a place that can make me cocktail to my liking ... This was absolutely the best cocktail I've ever had because I like tangy and really sour and spicy drinks, without any sweetness and everywhere I go, in all the countries, there is always sugar involved! This drink had so much character .... it was super fun, absolutely delicious, and definitely to my liking. I asked for extra sour and a bit more chili and the bar tender made me just exactly what I asked for. This was so good that I ordered 4 of it Money well spent, absolutely! Oh Yeni you are definitely my most favorite place, there is only only thing I don't like about you, and that is: You are not in Toronto, or anywhere in Canada! Can't wait to have you there or anywhere in North America.... if not, I will need to visit London every now and then, to have the best dining experience Everything except the desert was 20 out of 10. Desert was 9 out of 10, but probably because I don't have a sweet tooth and am not a desert person. Please note, the pics don't do the justice; my camera does not take good pics and there was no light .... A BIG HUGE thank you to Kwane, Gorken and Civan Er for bringing met best london experience

World's Best Octopus and service was extremely friendly. The wine recommendations were also good. Sad that this place doesn't have more reviews but I'm coming back here every trip just for the octopus.

Thank you, Yelp app and fellow Yelpers for directing me to this little tapas restaurant on…read moreEversholt Street. It's a little unassuming family run restaurant but with serious intent from the kitchen. I was offered a table in the main dining room or the garden when I walked in - as we are in the middle of 'Wimbledon week showers', I chose to dine indoors. The menu was written in impressively authentic sounding terms but closer inspection revealed some fusion going on - lemongrass, tumeric and enoki mushrooms being amongst the ingredients on show. I'm up for a bit of fusion as long as it doesn't end in con-fusion! Having confirmed that I was hungry, the helpful waiter suggested getting 3 dishes. I couldn't help myself and went for the fusion sounding dishes. Panceta con cidra was pork belly, rolled and marinated with garlic, black pepper and dill, braised in Asturian cider. I zoom in pork belly whenever I see it and this version has been slowly cooked to melting tenderness with the dill coming through strongly - it didn't need the wedge of lemon which came with it and I enjoyed it as it arrived. Pollo a la plancha del Parador were a pair of chicken thighs marinated in lemon grass, turmeric, garlic & coriander and cooked on the plancha (grill). I prefer dark meat as it remains moist and the oriental kick wasn't too overwhelming. When the waiter said the Higadillos Salteados (chicken livers with Iberico Jamon, enoki mushrooms, shallots, black pepper and butter) would be served pink inside, I smiled - nice to see a restaurant willing to serve food as it should be cooked and not pander to squeamish guests. These were a delight and to get some Iberico ham from acorn-fed pigs was a bonus. This is tapas of the highest order, given a little twist. A little Yelp gem which deserves its high star rating.

Situated on quite a quiet street, it is well worth taking a visit. With a choice of over 40 tapas, all very well priced and utterly delicious. Your choice of dish will flirt wildly with all senses and deliver all promises. I am always very happy to find a restaurant which has a diverse yet experienced selection of fish. El Parador specialises in scallops, Halibut, and crab... although they were many others still left to be tried. The interior Decor, to me seemed rather french with little white table clothes and a smart yet gentle ambience. The wine list was impressive to say the least, with over 30 bottles of wine, in the price range of £13-30, with over 15 available by glass. The lunchtime menu has a special offer of 3 tapas for the price of two.

I ordered the vegetarian entree of a roasted cauliflower entree - it was properly caramelized and the Tatziki was a really nice foil to it - I didn't miss the meat Definitely an unexpectedly good meal that I would be happy to repeat in King's Cross!

But it was surprisingly good although it's not the cheapest restaurant out there. The steak is flavorful and cooked to our liking. Along with the chips, it's a very satisfying meal. Pork belly is very fatty but the skin is crunchy and it's very lovely. I didn't want the sweet potato mash that comes with it and they were happy to supplement it with a side from another dish. We got put at the table upstairs and the lighting is a bit weird but the restaurant has a cozy ambiance.
