The shower was dirty, there was hair on the sink and toilet, and what I assume was mold. I went to ask for towels. Each one had hairs in/on them and many had yellow stains that looked like urine. The bed sheets, blankets and pillows also had hair in/on them. The final straw was seeing a cockroach and some other type of bugs crawling around. I don't think it was bed bugs, but I'm not risking it. I spoke to the front desk employee who gave us a different room. It was just as filthy as the first. We left to go somewhere else.
