He greeted us at the car got a wheelchair for my mom checked her in while I went and parked the car and did the same when we exited the building what a fantastic gentleman. The woman that helped us I think her name was Trish Tricia, Dr. Tricia, who gave the Cortizone shot and spoke with us was outstanding well educated clear speaking just very kind human. My mom was pain-free within minutes after having the Cortizone shot and was able to walk into her apartment building by the time we got home.

It's the 15 th and have yet to hear from them. I've made several calls and told by office staff they would transfer call to the scheduler and leave a voice mail. I was told she left a voice mail and you can see all voice mails on your phone. I told them that and have called. Numerous times to no avail. The office staff taking calls are rude and very unprofessional. I ask to speak with the nurse or doctor as I wonder if he's aware of this and was told there's no direct number to reach them. My case was extremely long and involved, but he was determined to help make my life as pain free as possible. It was very evident the day after surgery that he had accomplished that. I had had several vertebral fusions performed by other doctors before; but his least invasive technique to fuse and insert instrumentation was almost pain free compared to my other prior fusions. The recovery part right after the surgery was a little rough, but the nurse stood by my side and helped me through the process. There were only one or two people left there after me and no one rushed me or pushed me, but they did help me feel well enough to get up and go. While I enjoy Crystal Clinic, the only small complaint I have is with their use of a 3rd party to complete medical forms that patients may need for work. That was a bit cumbersome to deal with. Other than that, the care and the facility itself were great.

I received multiple email reminders for each appointment--sometimes up to three--and on two occasions, I received emails stating I had missed four appointments due to their recommendation of attending four times per week, which felt confusing and unnecessary. During my first visit, I was assigned a college student in training . This included hands-on TMJ work inside my mouth, which I was not entirely comfortable with given the level of experience. In subsequent visits, I was treated by a different therapist who, while competent in performing the exercises, frequently engaged in personal conversations about drinking and social activities. As someone in recovery who works in a counseling ministry, I found these discussions inappropriate and uncomfortable in a professional setting. Rather than addressing these concerns directly at the time, I chose to discontinue care. Based on my experience, I will not be returning or recommending this facility.
