The quoted price on the phone for visits (~$75/visit) is false and I was charged over $200 per visit-- I continuously asked what my appointments would cost at the time services were rendered and was told "don't worry, we'll work with you". I can tell you that is false- they don't work with you; when I asked to speak to the owner regarding this, the billing person (unfortunately I cannot remember her name-Deanna maybe?)said no. Since I had moved out of town, I couldn't resolve the issue in person. Also, they charge different prices for different body parts? I'm a physical therapist and know that this is NOT standard practice. A therapeutic exercise charge is a therapeutic exercise charge, and insurance reimbursement does not differ depending on body part, so don't let them persuade you otherwise. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for care. The lack of professionalism when it comes to the validity of their quoted prices and dealing with the billing representative makes me sad to work in the same field.

Dr. Bob clearly loves what he does--it's a passion, not just a job. He has a fantastic bedside manner, blending humor with genuine care (though he will give me a playful "reprimand" and a firm elbow to the sciatic nerve if I wait too long between visits!). The pain and limited mobility had worsened over time to the point that even the simplest daily tasks like tying my shoes was very painful. I have been going to massage therapy for a couple years now, but have only received temporary relief and nothing like I've experienced after being treated by Katie. My left IT band and quads, both of my glutes, hip flexors, and inner/outer knee were all so sore and tender. I'm an avid hiker and walker, so this was really ruining my enjoyment. A friend of mine who had been to Katie referred me, and I'm so glad I took his advice! He had a similar situation and said he was feeling great after a couple visits. Katie took a lot of time to talk to me on my first visit; she wanted to get a full picture of what I had been dealing with. She paid attention and took lots of notes. Imagine that--a care provider who listens! Before I got any treatment, she checked my range of motion, had me stretch, and then did some manual massage on a few suspected trigger points in my worst spots, followed by the Theragun applied up and down my legs to loosen the tightest areas. The SoftWave treatment came next and it was truly like nothing I've ever experienced! She found my trigger points, those inflamed hot spots where most of my pain was. I could feel the stimulation deep into my tissues and in places that deep tissue massage couldn't reach. At the end of the SoftWave treatment, Katie then showed me some reflexology points I could massage to help release tension in my back and hip flexors. Katie was so thorough, knowledgeable, effective and incredibly easy to talk to that it was a no-brainer for me to set a plan of action for a full treatment plan into motion. There was never any pressure by Katie, but after such a great first session, experiencing the relief I got (like no other), the choice for me was easy.

Today he came home had hurt his ankle and I decided to give them a call to see if he could come in. They young lady on the phone was so nice and said we could come right in. We did! We arrived and I made them aware that my groupon had expired and they honored it anyhow. Yay! They explained the process to my son and myself as I was still so nervous. After filling out paper work which was to crazy, they showed him to the room to get dressed. They allowed me to go into the treatment room with him and watch and allowed me to take photos. The lady was very nice talking my son through the 2 minute session. She was professional and very polite. We will surely visit again!!!
