We considered leaving our car at lax but parking prices were around the same price. So for convenience of not having to park and take a shuttle to lax from the parking lot didn't sound better than paying and getting a lift. I'm all honestly, I would use this service again. At first I had anxiety because I had to do a quote and didn't actually speak to someone verbally. It was all through email and the site. Email replied for the quote was quick (check your junk mail), I had to ask a question to confirm a car seat and received a reply the same day. Our driver Matt text message the night before which gave me piece of mind. He was very accommodating and nice. I even asked him if he was available to pick us up earlier (you know anxiety with traffics/ traveling with a toddler) and he replied right away. It was a smooth easy drive. We paid using Venmo since their credit card system was down. All in all Matt was professional, prompt, easy to work with. I would definitely request to have him drive us again if available. The van he drove was more than enough room and the car seat worked fine. So yes, even with the price, I give this five stars bc it eased my anxiety on traveling with a toddler and needing a car seat. Made the experience traveling for the first time with my kid a great one and made me feel like we could travel more now.

Nevertheless, I received multiple messages confirming my reservation. I wasn't able to get them to cancel the reservation that I had not made either by sending messages online or by leaving phone messages. It was only when I was contacted by the driver that I was able to get him to convey the message to dispatch.

I hired this limo company for my wedding and their service was VERY VERY BAD. I had a photo shoot…read morewith my wedding party at a park, and because of their negligence and tardiness, it NEVER happened. 1. They showed up late to the church with a dirty limo. 2. The driver took my wedding party to a totally different park and tried to blame it on my wedding party. 3. I tried to resolve the matter with the company (Joe), but he believe the driver and doesn't want to talk. Because of their negligence, I will never get the opportunity to have pictures with my wedding party again. By the time they arrived at the park, the shoot was over. Getting married is a once in a lifetime moment, and Blue Angels Limo Service ruined it for me. The worst of it all is that they never took responsibility for their actions and refused to refund me my money. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't rent from these people. They have the worst customer service and business etiquette, and don't take responsibility for their actions. They ruined the most beautiful day of my life for my wedding pictures. Something I could NEVER EVER get back.

I prefer the phone//Then they called me back regarding the voicemail and confirmed my booking from the website. Super quick and easy! The customer service is top notch. I chose this service on behalf of my mother in law's recommendation. She's from Texas and recently moved here and used this service. She is hesitant with Ubers and Lyft bc they cancel and are late. And had a bad taxi experience when trying to use a credit card vs cash. This was my first trip out of the country; leaving my 1.5 yr old for the first time as well. So my husband needed me home safe. I was also due to arrive at LAX at 11:50 PM. Who wants to get a taxi, or shuttle to a ride share then? The company confirms and so does the driver personally. Multiple times. So no stress about them flaking! TOM was in my area 30 mins early to take me to the airport. Letting me know that when I was ready he was. Remember always waiting and watching the drivers continue to be late or cancel? Not here!!!! He was not just sitting outside my house; there was no pressure. More just an ease to being early and on time. The ride was quick and smooth. The airport is under construction and he knew it like the back of his hand. When I came home from out of the country he confirmed the time the morning of travel. I then changed my flight from arriving almost at midnight to a couple hours earlier and he immediately responded that it was all good. Very flexible! I landed and received a text that he was outside and told me exactly where to go to meet him. I will continue to book Xpress for my airport needs and whatever else comes up. I defiantly felt important, respected and arrived early and in style. With help from a personable and personable gentleman TOM. Request TOM. This service is worth every penny. You can pay and tip online! But you will end up wanting to tip more because you will be feeling as if you were traveling royalty!
