The huge drain pictured is where I came across a family of 6 Somalian refugees encamped just 2 days earlier. Eating, sleeping there. No amount of money I gave them was enough. It's since been roped off. So tonight, my meal was a million stars comparatively. From my Yelp perspective? 5 stars. These were some delicious, spicey Filipino/Korean seasoned crunchy tacos.
