What keeps me going there is they know me as a friend and not just a patient. I've never seen them outside of the office but whenever I go there, I can't help but to notice that they have that kind of relationship with pretty much all their patients... Dr. Lorch is a great guy. He has a very approachable, laidback, and down to earth personality. He doesn't lecture you and make you feel like a little kid that's in trouble if you have a problem. And most important, he understands... He and the two secretaries, Donna and Susan will work with you, whether you don't have insurance and need a payment plan or if you have some kind of emergency. Some times they can get booked, but in most cases I've noticed they were very good at finding an opening for me, even if they had to contact me a little bit later. One of my favorite things is their goody bags are the best that I've seen. Good quality name brand toothbrush, mini toothpaste, and floss. And lastly, my mom lives about an hour away from the office and my brother lives 40 minutes away, but they both agree that when it comes to oral health, there is no one better than Dr. Lorch and his team.

It is a little confusing finding the place only because the entrance is in the back and the sign is in the front of the building. The office is upstairs. I do believe that they have a working elevator that is right in the reception office but I have never seen it being used. The reception staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are very fast with getting you in to your appointment. In other dentist offices I have waited well over 40 min past my appointment so I definitely appreciate them sticking to the schedule. Dr. Botros is amazing ! He is extremely thorough and straight to the point. I feel as though he genuinely cares about his patients and their teeth. My entire family now goes to him! Very hesitant to go see someone new; I had just gotten dental insurance back, so I figured it was time to take the leap. I walked in at 7AM and was greeted by Kathy who came out and shook my hand behind the desk. The dental hygienist (I cannot remember her name - the very blonde one) brought me back and said they tour new clients around and handed me a gift bag. Was I at a spa? This place is unreal how nice and pleasant everyone is! After getting my teeth cleaned and examined, Dr. K came in smiling ear to ear. He was so welcoming and shot some witty jokes out within the first 2 minutes of being there. He took his time with me and seemed to truly take an interest in our conversation. After a little while we were laughing about all his guitars on the wall and jamming along to Alanis Morrissette. Apparently he is in a few bands! Dr. K kept complimenting what great teeth I had, I think I said to him "Dr K, I feel like a rockstar!" at one point during the session. Even though he sent me home with several cavities that day, I went straight to work after and told everyone what a great dentist experience I just had. I ended up needing two cavity sessions within about a 2 week period. I was super nervous as I knowingly have a very low pain tolerance. Dr. K was so calming and assuring that if I felt ANY pain, to let him know. I went through the whole procedure with no pain! Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. K for first timers in the area that have been hesitant to find a new dentist. You will think you are at a spa for a moment! Everyone that works there is so pleasant, it seems like they all truly love their job. Thanks again Dr K and team!
