This place is a dump. Went there today for a minor cavity issue. Doctor was very unprofessional, rushed and non caring. The dental chair was broken, doctor was rushed, and terrible service was provided. Practice only seems to be interested in making more money. Now the mistreatment by doctor has caused more issues. Avoid going to this practice. read more

I've been going to Dr. Lorch since I was a young child. At the time, I lived 5 minutes away from the office and now, 25 years later, I live almost an hour away. What keeps me going there is they know me as a friend and not just a patient. I've never seen them outside of the office but whenever I go there, I can't help but to notice that they have that kind of relationship with pretty much all their patients... Dr. Lorch is a great guy. He has a very approachable, laidback, and down to earth personality. He doesn't lecture you and make you feel like a little kid that's in trouble if you have a problem. And most important, he understands... He and the two secretaries, Donna and Susan will work with you, whether you don't have insurance and need a payment plan or if you have some kind of emergency. Some times they can get booked, but in most cases I've noticed they were very good at finding an opening for me, even if they had to contact me a little bit later. One of my favorite things is their goody bags are the best that I've seen. Good quality name brand toothbrush, mini toothpaste, and floss. And lastly, my mom lives about an hour away from the office and my brother lives 40 minutes away, but they both agree that when it comes to oral health, there is no one better than Dr. Lorch and his team. read more

Dr. Lorch is great! Even for scaredy-cats. I've been going to his office for over 20 years, and I've never had a bad experience.

You will never find a better dentist or staff than at Dr. Lorch's office. He is wonderful -- making a chicken like me happy to go to the dentist. My entire family has been going to him since the 80's and I have recommended him to many others who are equally pleased with him. I find him compassionate, friendly and extremely down to earth. I hear horror stories from some of my co-workers about their dental visits to other practices, and I just smile and know I am in good hands at Dr. Lorch's! read more

After being a patient for over 25 years I can't explain how disappointed my family and I are. Learning that half the thing I've paid for over the years that should have been covered by insurance were but for some strange reason I am still paying for then after the insurance co reimbursed the doctor and that dr.lorch chooses not to adjust the bill after he receives the insurance payment and still charge the patient the difference after being paid by the insurance co.( very sad) . That being said after being mislead with expensive treatments(that are actually covered at no charge by my insurance) this office (with nasty receptionists that have attitude bc they have to work) and seeing a new dentist and periodonist it really hurts that I have had more and better work done in 6 months elsewhere then I did in dr.lorch care for over 25 years! In 8 months I have had dental work done that has exceeded $8,000 and I have paid zero!!!!!!!!!!!!! With a different dentist and periodonist but am still paying of dr. Lorch bill that got me into this $8000 problem in the first place! Think twice before going to the office bc the bottom line is $$$$$$$$$$ not patient care! read more
