I recently hired Yeager to repair my driveway. While their initial quote was reasonable, I encountered several issues during and after the project. Here are the details: 1. Cracks Left Unsealed: The company left some cracks unsealed, and these were deeper than 1/2 inch. They were supposed to fill cracks deeper than 1/4 inch. This oversight was disappointing, especially considering the cost. 2. Damage to Existing Cold Patch: They damaged the existing cold patch left by the previous owners. Instead of addressing it, they simply left it unsealed with loose gravel at the broken facade. 3. Communication Difficulties: Getting hold of them has been a challenge. Their responsiveness has been poor, and their attitude has been rude. They have refused to deal with the issues presented. In summary, Yeager fell short of my expectations. Yeager Asphalt paved my driveway in the fall of 2019. Our salesman came and gave us a very thorough estimate in September and we hired them on the spot. Approximately 3 weeks later they prepped our driveway and told us it would be at least another 3 weeks before they came back to pave it but we could drive on it and use. It was at least 3 weeks and we received a call that the crew would be coming to pave the following day. When they showed up everyone on the crew was like a "well oiled machine" everyone was working at their job. We couldn't be happier and our driveway is beautiful. I have hired Yeager many time over the last 17 years with Carrollton Public Schools. they have always gave me fast fair quotes on jobs big and small. They have installed parking areas from the bottom up, seal coating the entire district and line striping. other services I have used them for is getting an old running track ready for a new surface and even repair of catch basins everyone from the top down has always acted appropriately as they should for working in a school environment. They promised a service that they never completed and then when we asked them to complete it they said we would have to pay extra for it, even though we were told it was included in the price. No communication at all. They showed up twice without calling or texting to complete the service and handed us a bill for the service they promised was included. They graded everything to slope correctly, laid gravel and put the base coat on. To make sure they do work beyond excellency, they let the base coat sit for the winter and add the top coat later to prevent any issues (cracks, low spots, etc.).
