We booked a family meal (for 16 people) to celebrate my sons birthday and i booked this with plenty…read moreof notice however when we arrived to our dismay they had reserved a table in the corner on a VERY small table which would barley seat 10 let alone 14 adults and 2 high chairs. It was a hot day anyway but this made us even more uncomfortable that we had been shunted to the corner with hardly any space. We then chose to dine outside to give us more room due to the lack of air conditioning inside and lack of space they had given us. Then when we ordered out meals lots of small requests made upon ordering had not been acknowledged and when we advised the waiter off the problems he simply tutted and stomped off back to the kitchen with NO apology. They then brought out the children's meal last again with all the wrong choices and to our disgust all of the fish goujons were burnt to a crisp so not edible and the mash was crispy and hard not at all satisfactory. Apart from the steak everything else was just average. Unfortunately we will not be returning to dine again as we received such poor customer service and a terrible standard of food.
