The word Bouquet is meant to encompass an experience as it means literally "a clump of flowers or trees" and also refers to aroma as in the context of wine. It is through our senses we experience flowers, plants and engage with the natural world and Bouquet attempts to capture that in a way where people can take a piece of that home with them. I ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered the Saturday before. They were never delivered and I…read moregot an email on Monday saying they would be delivered that day, apologizing the the delay. Okay - great! Appreciated the transparency and I understand how overwhelming this particular holiday likely is. However, I later I received an email saying there was a delivery attempt and that no one was home (weird, I had specified to leave them on the porch in that case). Well, it turns out there was never an attempt to deliver - we checked the Ring cam footage. I'm not sure if this is a scam, or just terrible customer service. I've requested a refund. My suggestion is use this florist at your own risk. If you are ordering flowers for a specific date, this likely isn't a good solution. Luckily, my mother is pretty understanding that she didn't get a Mother's Day gift.
