Queenies has terrible customer service! I tried many times to make an appointment here, and the…read morereceptionist had no interest in helping me. She always claimed they were all booked up, and never told me a time when appointments are available.

I stumbled across Queenies in Buenos Aires in February when walking through Recoleta. I got a nail…read moreappointment right away. They did a great job on the French Manicure and they took a lot of time and care to make my nails look perrrfect. I then scheduled an appointment for a full body massage. And this was hands down one of best massages I have ever had. All neck tension gone and feeling totally relaxed and wonderful. Such that I would come back three more times until we had to leave Buenos Aires in March. The masseuse (unfortunately I don't recall her name) did have a magic touch. Moreover she was unbelievably sweet and friendly. Very patient with my broken Spanish and very interested in what I was doing we would try and have a conversation throughout the massage. I also felt the prices were on the low end (of what i have seen in Buenos Aires) I can really recommend this salon, mainly for the heavenly massage, the great value for money and the super friendly nice people who work there. Don't mistake this Queenies with the Queenies situated in Palermo. This seems to be run by a different owner. This salon which is called Queenies Buenos Aires is in Recoleta in Parana (opposite the restaurant Milion).

I washed my hair, got a haircut/trim, and pedicure here. The wash was ok.. the guy who cut my hair…read morespent about 5 minutes on it, I asked him to even out one section and he did it very quickly.. my hair was still a bit uneven when I checked afterwards. The pedicure here was the most uncomfortable one I've ever had. They make you sit on some cheap, hard chair that made my lower back hurt after a while.. I'm concerned about the tools being clean and the woman cutting my toes cut into my skin a bit! she sorta seemed to try to do a good job about smoothing my feet, but one of the nails she painted was not smooth... Would not recommend this place, nor come back.
