During Covid, I felt safe due to the alternate seating arrangement. You can surely tell that women were in the planning. Even the gowns are feminine, pink and offering good covering. They are not the demeaning ugly hospital gowns that just snap once at the top. And lockers are provided for our clothes and purses if we want to use them. This is a nice womanly touch. The desk staff is always pleasant and helpful. I have always felt that the place is run efficiently and that everyone seems to care about the patient.

The doctors are knowledgeable and very patient with the elderly. My parents have been coming to Holy Cross for many years, I just drive them and attend their appointments these days - we all get old.

I went in for my appointment and was told the fee would be $111 (and that's WITH excellent insurance). Well, that's ridiculous. I'm not sure if something was wrong with their phone but someone hung up on me four times before they finally took my call. I ended up coming in and didn't wait very long before I was called to the back. My appointment ended up needing to be rescheduled because mother nature does not like me. Now in the doctors office she tells me I shouldn't be charged because we did not do anything today but literally five minutes after getting dressed I go to check out and the person wants to charge me for a doctors visit although we did nothing. I asked what was the charge for she said because "we talked about stuff" all I did was answer the questions that was asked. I could not get out of there quick enough... again the doctor is very nice but her some of her team I have to prepare myself before dealing with them. The online portal to book appointments just says "this doctor has no upcoming availability". I'm really disappointed that the office didn't even leave a message or voicemail saying that they closed, they just disappeared and I now have to try to find a brand new doctor again.
