Yes certain days the wait times can be long depending on your appointment time, we've learned the best time is Tuesday at 9am right as they open, get there at 8:45 and you'll be the first one when the doors open, in and out. Mel at the front desk is always a pleasure to talk to and so warm and welcoming with a friendly smile. Allison is a true gem, always willing to help and on top of her duties, she's helped us with a few billing questions and always do the intake once we get to the office. Then there's the star of this place Dr. Chen, so both him and his father works here and the dad is great but the son is who we've been lucky to deal with, everytime we have our appt with him he's always smiling and friendly, he explains our options and take the time to tell you what to expect and recommend care. We've also had a couples appointments where we had to see his partner when emergencies come up and he has to be at the hospital. She's great as well but we've truly built a liking to Dr. Chen and enjoy him. He's affiliated with Broward Health Coral Springs and that's where we choose to deliver. Dr. Chen was there from admission and kept checking in on us daily by stopping by after he was done at his office. He tried his best to let us do natural birth however due to unforeseen circumstances we had to opt for a C Section which was way better than we expected and so convenient. Dr. Chen did such a great job, almost scarless and very quick recovery process, thanks to Dr.Chen and is entire staff for helping us bring our beautiful baby girl into this world. Would recommend them time over time for their caring and understanding of what it means to be a professional In the healthcare industry.

I have been sitting right in front of their door since 8:50 am, it's 10:10 am and their door has a sign that says "Office Hours Monday 9-5". Door locked, lights off, no one answering the phone, no one inside. I need to pick up test results, that's ALL. Every time I had an appointment it was 2-3 hours until they took me in for my appointment. Two women (mom/daughter) just walked up to the door (9:25am) as I'm here waiting and said that her appointment was supposed to be for 10:10am and they never even called her to confirm her appointment, even though they gave her an appointment card. Another couple also just walked up (9:40am) and they also had to leave. Another woman came at 9:50am for a referral and they are still not open. What kind of hate joke is this place?! The doctor (older one, not younger one) is unprofessional. My first visit he commented on my ethnicity and appearance and said I was very beautiful (not something you want to hear from someone unfamiliar who is about to look between your legs), and then when he examined me he commented on the tattoo on my hip saying it looked like an infection and chastised me for having tattoos, saying people in his culture don't get tattooed. Sorry, but how is that relevant to my health? During another exam he spent 10 solid minutes rambling about a previous patient. Irrelevant and also, violation of HIPPA much? Also, why does this place ONLY accept cash? Once I came to pick up a ONE PAGE test result which cost $1, and I had to go to the Publix down the street to buy something and get cash back just to pay for the stupid thing. When I was able to get new insurance to see my old doctor I was SO excited to leave this place as a distant memory.

This was never communicated beforehand. I scheduled this appointment because I have serious health concerns and specifically needed to see a physician. The lack of transparency and the dismissive attitude from the staff made the experience feel unprofessional and misleading.
