Albina is an extremely welcoming hostess. She even gave us Belgium chocolates upon our arrival. Her bed and breakfast is well situated near the Burg (about a 5 min walk). The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The only down side to this place is we were on the top floor so we couldn't get a wifi signal without going downstairs, but it wasn't a big deal as most of Brugge seems to have wifi. Also it is an old house so the stairs are a bit creaky so we did hear people when they came home and when they left in the morning.
Breakfast is included in the stay here and Albina bakes fresh bread every morning. I loved waking up to the smell of fresh baked bread.
Albina gave us great recommendations for all the local sights including De Garre and Vlissinghe (a pub since 1515). I would definitely recommend staying with Albina if you're visiting Brugge. read more
