They were just like dancing while preparing the delicious coffees for the clients. Even after a while I started to talk to them, and they said that making coffee makes them so happy and joyful. I was interested of preparation of special coffees, and one of the baristas explained and showed me how to prepare V-60 and Syphon coffee types. Getting expert on it! The atmosphere is quite good. It's a very unique looking place, with very tasteful modern decor, and the coffee is infinitely better than the one you'll find at Starbucks. It's not the best coffee I've had in my life, but it's flavorful and tasty. They have a bean selection from Honduras to Colombia, and they can make your coffee a hundred different ways, cold drip, chemex, aero press, you name it, they have the appropriate flask. They also have some cakes and desserts to go with your coffee although I can't speak too highly of them. But I love my little corner.
