Tosca was opened in when an Italian Cook moved to Bursa for his Turkish girlfriend. I guess every great place must have a good love story right? Well, I am not sure if he still is here but his recipes are. That is what you are going for. The unique opera house looking design of the place is a just a strange bonus. I will without qualification recommend the Genovese Pizza - a pesto pizza. It is without a doubt my hands down favorite. Though the Rissotto often competes for my love. They also serve a variety of Italian style coffees. And of Course wine. The last time I was there I ordered a bailey's with coffee, which I liked- my companion not so much since it was made with Turkish style coffee.

They're conveniently located across the street from a huge shopping mall so parking shouldn't be a problem. The kofte we ordered were the smaller ones and they were so good, tender and moist. We also ordered a couple of salads and some cacik (yogurt with cucumbers) to go with the kofte. We really enjoyed our meal and although we didn't leave any room for dessert, the few options they offered looked really good. Service was very attentive.
