This is probably my favorite restaurant over at Podyum Park. Now for those of you who do not know Podyum Park you do not know how big of an accomplishment that is. The field is crowded with competitors. Num Num, New Castle, and The North Shield. All of these restaurants if not for Tosca could easily be my favorite. Tosca was opened in when an Italian Cook moved to Bursa for his Turkish girlfriend. I guess every great place must have a good love story right? Well, I am not sure if he still is here but his recipes are. That is what you are going for. The unique opera house looking design of the place is a just a strange bonus. I will without qualification recommend the Genovese Pizza - a pesto pizza. It is without a doubt my hands down favorite. Though the Rissotto often competes for my love. They also serve a variety of Italian style coffees. And of Course wine. The last time I was there I ordered a bailey's with coffee, which I liked- my companion not so much since it was made with Turkish style coffee. read more
