very minimal info , misleading info of their policy. Computer info does not coincide with word of mouth info. Very disappointing

I am writing to express concern regarding my AppFolio profile, which shows that I have moved out of…read morethe property as of Feb. 28th with a past due amount of $890. As per my leasing documents provided by Deb, I paid a deposit of $1804 when I moved in. I would like to understand why my AppFolio profile indicates that I am past due on this amount when my deposit should have covered it. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could inform me when you will complete your due diligence in returning the remaining deposit balance. Please find below the relevant details for your reference: - Lease End Date: Feb 28th - Deposit Amount: $1804 - Past Due Amount: $890 I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter. If you require any additional information don't hesitate to ask.

Never in my life have I been so insulted. I have rented apartments for years with no issues and…read morethis bitch, Deb, in the office made me feel like a deadbeat. Kept saying she wasn't the problem , it's HIM ( her boss?). First they lost my original app from 8/21. When I resubmitted it, they asked all these financial questions. What does how much I spend on gas a month have to do with my ability to pay the rent? My credit rating is over 800 and they think I can't pay what amounts to $500 less a month then I pay now, I am 77 years old just trying to get on a waiting list for senior housing. Not only did they cost me 6 months of thinking I was on a waiting list, but now she tried to tell me that I would be breaking my current lease if I moved before August 1922. I have the standard buy out clause in my lease just like I've had elsewhere. It's normal as people either bought a house or had other unforeseen circumstances happen. Pay the requested amount and that's that. She then said they couldn't rent me an apartment there because I might break their lease!!!!!!!!!!!! That's when I belatedly told her what to do with herself. Every time I objected to the BS, I was told I was too excitable and my voice was too high. Just unbelievable. Apply there at your peril.

The overall atmosphere of the apartment complex is very homey. Great location great staff great price. First time I've been this happy moving into an apartment!

Used to be a great place to live. I lived there for 4 years and the landlords from year 1 to year 3…read morewere great. The new landlords that took over in year 4 are terrible. Rusty gets off on threatening to throw people out. I even got a second car, and she didn't believe that it was working/registered to me. Because in her words you don't just have a second car and not drive it. So she demanded that I show proof of ownership. Even though I had offered to show her the multiple times she called me about it. But she said it was fine each time, then out of the blue she posts a notice on my door demanding my registration. I was over it, so I had to call her boss. Central management will be lucky if they do not get sued for harassment and invasion of privacy because of her. Also the rules don't apply to her or the people she likes. Per the lease you have to have your dog on a leash at all times. Well, Rusty can be seen walking around with her little dog free and off leash all the time. You are also not allowed to have recreational vehicles in the parking lot, however Rusty and her Husband have a camper parked in the parking lot at all times. You are also not allowed to work on your car in the parking lot, however she allows people to work on their cars all the time. But god help you if she doesn't like you, working on your car is a violation of the lease and is "grounds for termination". Just so many double standards and being above the rules.
