On happenstance I found Bayview & the owner Josh. He came straight out when I described my problem(s). He showed me pictures of his work and was eager to start. My grass at this point was past knee high. I told him what my past landscaper did to my yard and he replicated it perfectly. While I will miss my old landscaper dearly, Josh has filled the void.
