Owner Dustin Mabe was easy to reach, and he and his crew took fewer than two hours to down and remove the tree and clean up. Their pricing, efficiency, and quality of work were impressive, and I will probably turn to them again if any of our other trees seem in danger of toppling. I say "probably" rather than "definitely" because of Dustin's sense of timing. When I first called him for a quote, we agreed upon a certain time for him to do a quick appraisal, but he showed up at least a half-hour earlier than expected. Then, when I called the next week to schedule the removal, he said he would check his schedule and get back to me the next day with his availability. Instead, he called me early the next morning to say that he'd had a cancellation and wanted to do the removal an hour or two later. This ended up working out OK in the long run, but it would not have under normal (non-quarantine) circumstances, and it's something for those without a lot of scheduling flexibility to beware of. You'll also want to confirm whatever quote that was given to you as it will not be e-mailed to you (though proof of insurance will). In short, Mabes does great work at an unbeatable price albeit with a few eyebrow-raising practices.

Said he could be here Tuesday at 8am. They arrived about 745 and got straight to work. I kind of felt bad because we left a bunch of stuff around a couple of the trees . The moved it no problem. Very safe crew. While they were cutting the limbs, they went ahead and cut some dead limbs they found. When the cutting was done they got out the leaf blower and cleaned up the yard. They even got a ladder and blew all the sawdust and leaves that landed on the roof. Great price, very professional and personable. I highly recommend Evergreen. Even with all I've typed it doesn't do our experience justice.

They have been recommended to us by a couple of our neighbors in the area. Luke Seamster quoted a fair price and did a great job for us. He is friendly, professional and easy to talk to. We actually ended up cutting 3 trees in the end because of the damage observed once the work started (two of them have been growing into each other). We were very worried about an old red oak in particular, which grew leaning towards our shed, and there was only a narrow path available to drop it without damaging property or other trees we cared for, but was in a different direction. Luke and his team put it down safely, exactly where they planned, so -great score on skill and experience! They worked fast, clean, listened to our requests and gave us good advice on how to save some other trees and on possible future concerns. Drainage issue on patio was addressed with afore described mulch, he charged $500.00 additional for ,maybe cost him $125.00. Fill dirt didnt address issue stepping stones, that weren't broken aren't level,water collects,mulch still washing...we have bought more river rock to fill ditch & dug to extend to try to prevent backyard flooding issue that we paid to have addressef....Could not with a heart recommend this man....SHYSTER.. sad he has been contacted to come discuss issues & pricing..No show
