RANT: What a disappointment Bullhead's Home Depot is. We have purchased many appliances and home…read moreimprovement items from the Bullhead Home Depot since moving here 4 years ago but recently our purchase of a Bosch dishwasher has been a crazy ride...with the dishwasher falling out of its space under our countertop 1 month after install. We had 3 different 2 men teams coming out on three different occasions to tell us the same thing...duh, it wasn't installed correctly and it was missing the two brackets and two screws that would secure it in place but not one of those two men crews coming out from their Vegas warehouse brought the two brackets or screws with them. Now here is where it gets crazy...we were told by Tracy, the Vegas warehouse manager that we tampered with the dish washer to make it fall out of its hole; next we sat down with Jody Hall, a manager with the Bullhead Home Depot and after being told that this is not how they do things and that he has a meeting the following Tuesday with the VP at that Vegas warehouse he would be get a resolution but never heard back from him; Tracy called us again and told us Jody was a liar and that he didn't have a meeting with the VP; then I spoke to Russell, another manager with the Bullhead Home Depot and he insisted that we get the Bosch vendor out to assess the defect and I told him "there is no defect!!" It just needs to be installed correctly!!! This was going on for 3 weeks and I was unable to use the dishwasher. Finally I hired an outside person to come and reinstall my dishwasher and I filed a formal complaint with Home Depot's corporate office. Be careful people...so disappointed with the management, the non communication and broken promises we will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Trying to get help in the lumber dept is near impossible and when you do get they are rude and appear to be very unhappy . I am 75 and need a little help in loading lumber and cement , I either have to wait 15- 20 min or load it my self. Over the last 3 years I have spent well over ten thousand dollars of my retirement money at this store. I have decided to drive a bit further to Home Depot where they fall over themselves to help me. Lowe's was always my choice and I am disappointed.
