This went on for every visit so I found a different place for my therapy. According to my insurance I had payed .74 over what I owed them on July 2, well i keep getting a bill for 1.19 text, email, and mail. When I called after the fourth time of trying to talk to someone they said I owed the money and when I asked for a supervisor she said "you want a supervisor on a Friday morning?" i said yes. When she came back to he phone she said the super told her they would take care of my balance. Nice of them since according to my insurance I OWED THEM 0. Will not go back there ever and won't recommend them to anyone.

My treatment was very specific to me and Tom, my therapist was incredible with his plan to "wake up my quads" and get me moving. I had exercises to do but Tom did a lot of passive exercises that he controlled at therapy. These were extremely helpful in conjunction with my exercises. In addition - when my knee was doing well he focused on my other complaint re: my shoulder. I have full ROM and am getting stronger.
