I called him back on 2/19/24 AND sent him a 2nd email, nothing. My personal message to Attorney Ravosa: I am extremely disappointed with your unprofessional behavior. You failed to answer my two emails and did not return my call at a time when I was desperate for legal advice. This shows a complete disregard for the time and effort I spent putting together information at the last minute. Your lack of professionalism, compassion and empathy is deeply troubling. Given this experience, I would never recommend your services to anyone. Don't litter people's home with your phony propaganda that "we are here to help you" because you obviously didn't when I reached out nor did you have an ounce of decency to tell me that you weren't interested in my case. Throughout my interactions with this attorney, I found the level of professionalism to be disappointing. There appeared to be an overwhelming caseload, which often resulted in confusion regarding court dates, meeting times, and case-related communications. Important details were frequently mixed up, creating unnecessary stress and requiring constant follow-up. Communication was another significant concern. Emails were often written in an unprofessional tone, and when mistakes occurred, there was little to no accountability. Instead of acknowledging errors and working collaboratively to resolve them, responsibility was often shifted elsewhere. At the same time, delays from clients or others involved in the case were met with criticism and impatience, creating a frustrating double standard. Perhaps most concerning was the overall lack of confidence this experience inspired. Glickman then goes on a long toot about how much trouble he has with people who come in, get his opinion, then refuse to pay and expect free legal advice. I tell him in my opinion, he could always have me sign something in advance agreeing to his fees. He disagrees with me. He then offers to "take out his diary" to make the appointment himself, then reverses himself. This guy, and his receptionist, couldn't run a lemonade stand.
