They were very rude, unhelpful received poor quality flowers and had to wait much longer than other customers to check out. Then, for some reason, they took their debit card in the back to 'check' it but didn't do that for any other customers. They didn't even wrap the bouquet in nice paper like they did for the other customers. I will be sharing this experience with many people as my husband is a retired teacher in waterbury. The arrangement for the casket captured everything I had asked for - beautiful, vibrant, and colorful - just like my Mom. They also had some of the biggest chrysanthemums I had ever seen - and I selected two beautiful plants - one from the grandchildren and one from the great-grandchildren. Yes, their prices are a little more expensive than some if the big box stores but anytime I've had a question about something I didn't know they've always been able to answer it and/or solve it for me. They do have a good assortment of different items and if they don't have it or have been out of stock they have either ordered it or got it back in stock in a short amount of time. They do have a small parking lot. They're located not far off of route 8. Only about a mile off of the highway. Tis the season upon us for ice and snow, they've always had ice melt in stock when the big box stores have sold out. So don't be to quick to forget about them or discount them.
