I just received a picture of the floral arrangements and I have to say that I am extremely disappointed. There was an unexpected issue and I am thankful that an arrangement was able to be delivered on time. Unfortunately, the flowers did not live up to my expectations. I spent a great deal of time and money selecting a unique and tasteful floral arrangement. This morning I received an email message from the owner about the inability to locate yellow orchids per my order. I too work in sales and I sympathize with this position. I understand that certain things are out of our control and promises fall short. I was a bit annoyed by the lack of communication, a simple telephone should have been made as this order was planned for delivery today. Additionally the email did not even provide a telephone number for me to call. I followed up with a representative at Grove Garden Florist at precisely 10:06 am and was assured that this problem could be worked around. The women that I spoke with said that an arrangement with roses could be made and I explicetely and repeatedly said that I did not want any roses since this was being delivered to a male in his 30's. I also explained that it was his first day in his new dental practice I didn't want anything feminine and I wanted something tasteful for the office. The woman reassured me that a white orchid or some kind of plant could be delivered today. I agreed and she asked if I would like her to follow up with me once she figured out what she was going to send. By 12:38pm I had not received a response and I reached out again. The woman answered and said that she made an absolutely beautiful arrangement with ROSES and it was delivered! As you can imagine this was not satisfying to hear for the reason that my request for 1) some sort of botanical other than roses, and 2) notification of the type of arrangement being sent. The cherry on top was the picture though. Truly you can imagine who my expectations did not meet the reality. The arrangement looks like it can from Stop and Shop and I was extremely underwhelmed. I really hate to be a difficult and angry customer but I do not feel as though this level of customer service was sufficient. I am not looking to make a mountain out of a molehill but I hope that they can improve on this for future orders. Perhaps they could consider providing more realistic images on the website.

Finally, they failed to set everything up on time despite having advance notice, so we had to delay the entire wedding for around 45 minutes to an hour for them to finish setting up. If you want your wedding ruined, pick these guys. If you want your wedding to go well, pick someone else. Afterward, they were completely unrepentant and unapologetic about it. When my mom left a negative review, they threatened legal action if she didn't take it down. Well, I'm not scared of their threats. If you guys want to sue me, reach out and I'll give you my address so you can effect service of process. I would *love* to litigate the accuracy of this. EDIT: the owner has responded claiming that this review is not true, but the pictures speak for themselves. She is lying. Imagine what else she is lying about. The owner doesn't even know me - we've never interacted and she's never heard my name. Message me if you would like more information. Do yourself a favor - read through her reviews. Many of them are positive, but quite a few are negative - I'm not the only one saying this. Finally, look how often she calls people liars, unstable, immoral, etc. when they complain about her. Ask yourself this: do you want to be the one she's one day calling an unstable, immoral liar on here after she screws up your own wedding? This is how she talks about the people who complain when she drops the ball and ruins a wedding. Maybe one day it'll be how she talks about you.
