I was visiting in early November, so the store was selling mostly personal care products with winter and holiday themes. Body care products included body washes, scrubs, and soaps. Moisturizers included lotions, creams, and lip balms. Fragrances were for the body or home. Hand soaps were gel and foaming. Hand sanitizers were gels, sprays, and wipes. Prices were expensive, but the store had promotions for certain prices if you bought multiples, such as 4 hand soaps for $20 total or 6 hand soaps for $27 total. Although the lines of customers were long, the cashiers did an excellent job of ringing up everyone's purchases. I had only a short wait in line.

Honestly it was a smart move to do this as the one at the mall is only going to be visited by those that go to the mall. Putting this location up where it is now in Logan Towne Center gives a person one less stop if they didn't need to go to the mall. Walking in it is bigger than other location. I think because it is in a plaza is more than likely the reason. It feels as if they were able to fit more product in here for your browsing pleasure. Even if that is the case, depending on how busy it is, it can still get a bit crowded. Customer service was amazing. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Asked if we needed help while we were browsing. Was able to make our selections and make our way to the register. The girls at the register were knowledgeable about the products and informed my family what all would be on sale upcoming.

That is until you enter here and you feel like you are in a library. Like many other Hallmark stores this one feels way too crowded with weirdly set up displays. It is just, I don't know, maybe they should hire someone else to set up the displays. I know Hallmark likes to bank on the family store type of deal, but loosen the reigns there for a bit. The card stock is great for weddings and what not, but if you want to go funny, it is seriously lacking. In a pinch, it will do to fill the need for your obvious visit.

I also bought "plain" regular greeting cards that were less expensive. The cashier who rung up my items asked me to joined Hallmark's rewards club, and I declined because I rarely shop at Hallmark. She then informed me that my box of greeting cards was part of a buy-one get-one promotion. I feel grateful that she told me about the promotion, so I could return to the aisle and pick up another box of greeting cards for free. At the same time, however, she had a bit of an attitude. She said, "You would have known about the sale if you had signed up!" Actually, the aisle had a sign that mentioned the sale, and I happened to overlook it. Anyway, at least I now own a couple dozen nice greeting cards to mail to family and friends for Christmas.

There was one single vase of flowers inside 2 giant coolers upon entering and then buckets and buckets outside of the coolers of just greenery and filler. When asked if I could buy a single flower stem the employee said yes and asked if something caught my eye. I looked all around confused. Where are the flowers at to know if something catches my eye? She was not friendly (basically a smart ass) and clearly not interested in making a sale. I have to wonder if this is even a real business or just a front for other activities? Or maybe the secret is to order over the phone and not physically enter the store. It is not good as an in-person location at all.

If the owner was unable--or unwilling--to provide the service, a simple communication to that effect would have been appropriate. Failing to respond at all was disappointing and reflects a lack of professionalism. A brief email would have sufficed.
