I confirmed the pick up time for 10 am on a Thursday. But they didn't come at 10 am, or 1015 am, or 1030 am, or 1045 am, or 11 am, or 1115 am, or 1130 am, or 1145 am, or 12 pm -- or ever. They didn't call me to tell me that they weren't coming. They didn't text me to tell me that they weren't coming. They didn't email me to tell me that they weren't coming. They didn't answer my two calls to find out where they were. So I waited at home for them for 2 hours -- for nothing. They eventually apologized, by email, and asked for a "second chance" and offered me a discount of some kind. I emailed them three times to avail myself of their "second chance" and discount. When I told them I'd give them the "second chance" that they sought, they ignored me. So one week later, I followed up with them a second time. And then I followed up with them a third time. They bailed on their own pitch to me for a "second chance". So they not only were "no shows" for a scheduled pick up, which wasted 2 hours of my valuable time, but they failed to embrace my (idiotic) willingness (three times!) to give them a "second chance".

Started off nice. Was excited to get my bumper powdercoated. Turned it around in one day!…read more Bummer is, the powdercoat job was piss poor. I called the owner and told him multiple spots have started to rust, and that the powdercoat was applied so thin that even setting it down on a plywood board caused it to scratch. Sent him pictures as well. He told me it was "far fetched" that setting it down on wood would scrape his powdercoat job. And something about powder not being able to fill in cracks/holes? After I realized he wasn't going to reshoot the bumper, nor give me my money back, I hung up. Then he decided to text me :) I've had...4 or 5 bumpers powdercoated and multiple sets of sliders/wheels. Rayz Customs and Maverick are the best. This was the worst powdercoat job I have ever seen. Save your money and go somewhere else.
