It does a variety Peruvian-Japanese fusion of hot and cold food that include sushi, meat, fish, ceviche, etc., using lots of shallots, red onions, and avocado. So far, I have tried a number of their rolls, their ceviche, and rice, and it's all so good! This current location is new, the people are fabulous, and all the orders are taken on a tablet and electronically delivered to the kitchen. My new favourite joint in Suresnes!

In this…read moreAsian reincarnation, the restaurant now serves food "a la plancha" but for those who are too aware, this placha is not the Spanish plancha so don't expect Spanish food. It is closer to what one would called teppanyaki in Japanese - where food is stir-fried on a hot plate. So as to not further confuse you, here are some things you should know: - the restaurant is opened by chinese people, specifically ones from WenZhou - you can order typical french-japanese food (sashimi, maki, brochette (meat on sticks) and in menus that come with soup (not miso) and salad (typical coleslaw cabbage)) - you can also order food, especially seafood, cooked on the hot plate, but unlike teppanyaki, it's done in an see-through kitchen-ish area - if you like chinese flavoured food, which is impossible to find in suresnes, this is the place for you. Their soup, to start, is high quality chinese soup - so delicious - all the food cooked on the plancha is marinated chinese style Price is your typical suresnes prices - about 10-20 EUR a person depending on how hungry you are. Service is reasonable, with wine and beer available in fridge. I really like eating at this place because i'm chinese and it's about the closest thing you can get to authentic chinese food west Paris.

By Suresnes standards, though, it's pretty solid. It's not cheap (but neither is any other Sushi Shop), but it's good. I particularly like the "salmon assortment" box (or whatever it's called).

I tasted a few things, sushi, some kind of cheese on a skewer, tuna roll and salmon roll, but the rolls were eh...rice was kind of thick and too packed in for me. The miso soup was different. Salad was more like asian cole slaw. The service was good. I did take out and they were very nice considering I barely spoke French and they barely spoke English. I would not go there again unless I was starving...maybe I would try something different.
