When we walked into Yaki Ginza we were the first guests. This is a very small restaurant with only 4 tables and a front sushi bar. I was definitely skeptical at first about the sushi and thought I had selected the wrong place. This sushi spot is run by a man and his wife, small and attentive.
We ordered a bunch of dishes to share. Sushi platters, edamame, tofu, and a skewers platter. The food was very fresh, the fish tasted delicious. Issue is that the skewers were very small, perhaps 2 bites. Service was excellent and by the time we left, the restaurant was filled. read more
