Not the best service or value, but he was close to my house and I wanted to help out the new business. I then made the mistake of buying a bike from him. At first he tried to dupe me out of the $450 CO rebate. When asked about it, he got rude to me and began lying to me. I hadnt even taken the bike out of the shop yet, and I asked for my money vack. He declined my request, told he he wouldnt do that. At that time he did give me $400 off the original price. The bike broke after using it 3 times. I had owned it less than a month. It has numerous issues, worst of all the main computer was out. It took them 3 months to get it fixed. When picking it up, he charged me $65. On the phone he told me $45. This was to take care of the "warrantied" items. He said he gave the bike a "free" tune tho. The bike didn't look like it had been given a tune up, it wasn't even clean. He insisted it was given a tune up A few days later, my wife and I went on a bike ride downtown. The brakes worked fine, but it wasn't shifting quite right. After the ride, I proceed to wash the bikes and wipe them down. I typically do that after a ride. While wiping down the chain and drive train on my brand my new e-bike, I noticed that my rag was black with dirt and grease. It obviously was not cleaned or tuned at all. The amount of dirt and grease I wiped off took two rags. When I wiped my down my wife's bike, the rag was nearly clean. Jason seems to have no morals or ethics when it comes to his bike shop. Jason is dishonest, and will lie and rip you off with a smile on his face. This is one of those $1300 purchases I'll always regret. Do you homework first, and don't buy from him.

I was looking for a new mountain bike, and I demoed several bikes at their shops and other shops over several months. I deciding to buy a bike from Routes Outfitter. Ric Sieben made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The bike was set up perfectly. Only minor, personal preference tweaks were needed. Ric is a class act and I would not hesitate to recommend RO and especially Ric. They do business the way it's supposed to be done.

I decided to have my Jag coated to see if it would make a difference in keeping it clean and protecting it- I hate that the weather and road conditions in Colorado make it almost impossible to keep a car clean, between the rain storms sometimes daily in the summers and the snow plus gravel (that they use on some of the roads up in Monument) to the Salt that sticks to my cars during my daily commutes between the springs and denver on I-25! I've had my Jag back on the roads for a week since having it coated and I am amazed at the difference! Not only did Ron at Ceramic Pro make my paint look absolutely New and Beautiful again but it snowed the day after I took it home and then again the next day and my Car still looks Beautiful after driving it on the Colorado roads!! (the pics attached are what it looked like after driving it in a snow storm on muddy, wet and salted roads!) I'm really impressed with the results and would recommend this product and service on any Car- I will for sure be getting Ceramic Pro on my Range and Excursion soon! Also after driving on these winter roads and getting my car really dirty for a week- I took it and sprayed it off and my car is again clean with very little effort and no scrubbing! Now that's impressive!
