I have an…read moreolder home that needs attention on a semi-regular basis for things small or not so small, and it has been a very good experience. I have gotten things fixed because the individuals who have come here have understood older construction and what might be behind the walls causing trouble. I have also received advice on things noticed to be needing attention in the future if I choose to address those problems, but there has been no hard-sell approach to their observations. They have been my first choice for repairs and fixes. Ellen S.

I'm sure these guys have a number of people working for them - all at varying degree of skill…read morelevels. Probably some better than the guy we got. From our experience though, I could have done a better job myself. Basically, our guy showed up on time (yeah! good start) but was very unhappy and quite dirty for the start of the day. We asked him to trim up a small bathroom as we just got new floors and wanted to replace the trim. The guy took forever, got dirty handprints all over the place and did quite an average job with the trim. Holes weren't plugged up and areas near doors and tight corners were done with shortcuts. To the company's credit - we did complain about our experience and they did give us a discount on the bill. I'm sure they have other areas that they excel in as well. . . but if you need trim work done, I'd probably look somewhere else.

I don't know the full scope of what handy people can do and I kept asking "Can you do that?" and he kept saying "Yes." He replaced garage windows, repaired rotten wood, framing, door installation, etc. He also painted my garage. I have a cat tree that my dad made. It had become unstable. That cat tree has tremendous sentimental value to me and he made it stable and solid again. I'm not sure every handyman is willing to that kind of small job and Nathan said "Yes." He made my cats happy. Nathan installed living room shades. I've never had shades be so straight. I like the quality of his work so much I'm having him come over to do more work and install cabinets for me in 4-6 weeks. While he is busy and does book out I found his wait times very reasonable. One day my front door unexpectedly stopped working. Would not budge. I could not get into or out of my home. My neighbor had to help me break in through a window to get in through the side door. The next day Nathan came over and fixed it. Very impressive.
