I have been seeing Dc. Ducic for the last 7 years when I was first diagnosed with sinus cancer. He was informative and has a great bedside manner especially when going though an emotional situation as I did. I have follow-ups with him once a year and sometimes see his PA. While the staff turn over is not always a good thing as noted on other reviews Dc. Ducic has been a steadfast and dependable doctors. I always make a morning appointment since he spends time with his patients. I remember my first visit with him. I didn't have an appointment and I was very emotional. He was able to talk my husband and I though what needed to happen and referred me to the doctor's I needed to go to for chemo and radiation therapy they all worked together to help be beat my cancer. I just can't say enough about this caring doctors. Expect that maybe he works too hard. read more

Have no idea how this place is in business. Saw Ducic in consultation and immediately thereafter, handed a a card with a QR code to leave a review - this was BEFORE any of my tests resulted and BEFORE I had any kind of follow up to discuss said results. After the consult, he referred me to about 4 other specialists. I'm thinking, "wow, well what do you do? Why did I bother to see you if I'm just going to be punted to a bunch of others to do your job?" And then after the testing, they told me I "had" to see the NP or PA. I strongly requested to see the doctor, you know, the one who initially saw me to begin with, to discuss my test results, especially if I needed any kind of surgery. They absolutely refused. I don't know how this is ethical or in anyway a sound business practice when I'm the patient and it's my body and it should be up to me who I see. Never returning to this office. read more

I was diagnosed with mouth cancer and Dr. Ducic met with me and my husband. He detailed the treatment and....that's the one and only time I saw him. He has handed my care to other people, one being a NP who admitted that she "forgot" to check one of my wounds which ended up havingtohavea secondskin graft. The entire experience with this office shows disorganization leading to mistakes such as forgetting to remove the sutures in my neck for 3 months. The ladies are reception desk are horrible. Andrea just sits and chomps her gum, very unprofessional. My parents were in an exam room, my father was cold, I had his coat, I went to desk to ask if I could take it back to him. One younger girl looked at me and turned around and ignores me. I asked Andrea and she barely acknowledged me, by this time my mother had walked out and got it herself. Absolutely zero compassion. These ladies need customer service training. I've asked to speak with the practice/office to be transferred to a front office lead Ashley who then transferred me over to a VM . Dr. Ducic is the best surgeon I have ever encountered. I have had a fractured nose for 20+ years (thanks soccer), and have always been so terrified to have it repaired as I knew that they would have to re-break and re-build it. He was one of many that was in-network with my insurance and I did a lot of research on him before settling on him as my surgeon. Sure enough, I made an appt, and he was very personable. I could tell his vast knowledge was beyond this universe. It has been a few weeks post-surgery and my nose looks amazing! I haven't had a straight nose since I was 16. He did an amazing job! It is perfectly straight and you can't even tell that I had a nose job, which is what I wanted. I previously saw two other surgeons, but I did not feel comfortable to continue with them. I have been seeing Dr. Ducic for a year and a half now and have had better results with any other cosmetic surgeon I have been to. He the best in Dallas, and he has fixed botched surgeries and treatments from other physicians in the area on me. He took me from feeling hopeless and uneducated to being the best version of myself, all while fixing any insecurities I had with confidence and poise. Dr. Ducic only allows me to spend money that is necessary, rather than letting me be overzealous with fad products and procedures. He is emphatic about my diet and continues to educate me on how my inner wellness reflects on my outer beauty. I was referred to Dr. Ducic by another Dr. for a possible sinus/ nasal issue. I waited in the Lobby for 45 minutes past my appointment time, then I waited an additional 30 minutes in the exam room. Dr. Ducic arrived, briskly went over the exam and was anxious to get me scheduled for surgery. I was then asked to wait in the lobby again, after 30 minutes I left. I left uninformed, frustrated and feeling completely ripped off. After receiving my bill, I couldn't help but laugh. If I had charged my hourly rate for having to wait on him, we would have been even. I was not impressed with my experience and will find another Doctor. read more

I have seen Dr. Ducic for 3 years for skin cancer in my nose. I feel I was lucky to get him. After having my first surgery with another Dr. in Arlington my cancer came back so he referred me to Dr. Ducic. My other doctors associated with my case all told me I had the best doctor period and I agree. Dr. Ducic has tons of expertise and knowledge in this field. I have never doubted any decision or direction that he or his staff has made in my case. Dr. Ducic answered all my questions and saw me when needed. He is a busy doctor helping as many people as possible. I want to complement his nurse practitioners Amy, Lauren, Jen and Tia as they have all taken very good care of me. The absolute worst staff of any Dr's office in the history of medicine. They will send you for an MRI then not call you for results or an appointment. They sent me for a biopsy, the wrong gland was biopsied due to bad orders written, then Dr Ducic's nurse actually told me it was "close enough". I have made several appointments to see Dr Ducic specifically and when I show up they have scheduled me with his "close enough mentality" nurse. The one time I actually saw Dr Ducic, I actually liked him very much, but his staff and nurse seem to be in a constant state of confusion and disregaurd for their patients. About 5 years now I have been trying to get help from this office and all I am getting is the run around. I have been charged Dr Ducic prices for not seeing Dr Ducic, seems like that should be illegal. read more

My initial visit with Dr. Ducic was very good. He spent time explaining different options of approach to surgery and explained why he chose one over the other which was in disagreement to an approach recommended by a dermatologist who does a similar surgery. The surgery went fine but there were some mild to moderate post operative complications. When I asked questions at my follow up visits (during which time I only saw Nurse Practitioners despite my request to see only the doctor), the NPs never really knew the answers and would reply that they would have to get with the doctor. I never received call backs and when I would call to follow up, no documentation had ever been made in the charts and the NPs did not recall the conversations. This happened on three occasions. I would rate Dr. Ducic's surgical skills as average and his support staff as well below average to poor (they are pleasant, just ill informed and they don't follow up). read more

My husband is a patient of Dr Ducic as of May 2,2017 . We were referred from Harris Hospial Emergency Room . Alls we knew is he had a large mass and GO See Dr. Ducic for a follow up . We were scheduled and had biopsy within 3 days . My husband was diagnosed with Cancer and It was completely Devestating to me . Dr Ducic was straight up with him . I was in tears however The staff and Doctor Put a Plan in Place for us and our journey Started . I couldn't ask for a better team to be with us . We could text a question & problem and within minutes someone from this office got back with us . I had MANY QUESTIONS and never felt scared to ask . Do not waste your time coming here! I waited a few weeks to write this review, as I was told that someone from the office would be contacting me within a week about my experience. Spoiler alert: they never contacted me. That was on January 3, which is now a whole month ago. I made an appointment with Dr Ducic to look into getting botox in my jaw for extreme TMJ discomfort/pain. I checked in at 11:45 for my 12pm appointment, and proceeded to sit directly in front of the window for a while. People kept coming in and were taken to the back before me over and over again. Considering there are multiple doctors in this office, I didn't question it much. Finally, after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting, another man came in and was told they were running behind by about 45 minutes. I thought that was weird since I had been there MUCH longer than the estimated delay. Finally, after close to two hours and every single other person being cleared from the waiting room, I was called up and the girl at the front said she was going to see what was going on. I heard her calling someone else saying they had a "situation", and then they proceeded to tell me that someone had checked me in when I arrived but never "created a ticket for me"...whatever that means? AND the doctor had left for the day. She apologized over and over and asked about rescheduling. I told her NO WAY was I going to let anyone inject my face to basically paralyze part of it, if the people working there couldn't even remember that I was waiting to be seen. My husband was referred to Dr. Ducic by his medical oncologist for removal of a skull base tumor in 2012. Dr. Ducic and his colleagues have provided excellent care for him both during that surgery and through multiple follow-up reconstructive surgeries and other treatments. Unfortunately, Dr. Ducic's office staff members are poorly coordinated and fail miserably at communication -- both with each other and with patients. I am astounded by how much time and effort is required on my part to ensure that orders are prepared and sent for things such as surveillance imaging and speech/swallow therapy. Anyone who has had cancer understands the emotional toll exacted by living with this disease. How a physician's support staff can lose sight of this is beyond me. Concerns expressed to both the doctor and his office manager do not seem to impact practice. read more

The biggest liar. He promised to do a septoplasty and a rhinoplasty for me. However, I come out of the surgery realizing neither has been done. I wake up with strange scratches on my back, with a broken nose. After three reconstructive surgeries, my nose is still crocked. Not to mention I was bleeding from my nose for weeks!
