The boat is two stories, with dinner service from banquet dishes on the first floor. Reserved seats are upstairs while group seats are on the first floor. The food was good and was a chicken and steak option with sides. They served you both. Drinks were extra as were optional starters. Service was good but could have been more attentive given they were only bringing drinks and clearing the table. After dinner a DJ played music on an upstairs, open air deck before the fireworks started. Anyone in the area can obviously see the show so you don't need to be on the boat but why not. My cousin had her bachelorette/ bachelor party on board one of their party boats. We came in from dfw & were running 7 minutes late (according to the GPS) my cousin had told us the boat would leave at 2pm with or without us. The captain held the boat for us. The boat goes plenty slow enough that you don't get motion sickness (because I get it bad) which was good because the alcohol was flowing. They did have bartenders serving us drinks & they were all so very nice. Whatever music we wanted was played over the speaker system & everyone had a good time just don't rock the boat!
