Visiting this spot was a highlight everyday, my mother felt she was a child again having hot and sweet churros on the go. They also had an assortment of fried potato chips, cookies, different size churros, and other pastries. If you are able to catch them right when they open you can see the whole process and get the freshest product. Even if you get the later batches that aren't as hot it's still delicious. We also tried these treats made with almond flour that were exquisite but my personal favorite were the stuffed churros. I got the one that was filled filled the white crema. The only word to describe this pastry is PARADISE. The thick luxurious cream paired with the soft sugary shell of the churro works better than cupids arrows. I was absolutely in love and still crave/think about it almost everyday after getting back to the States. If you are visiting Barcelona I HIGHLY recommend taking the time to visit this spot! The prices are extremely fair especially for the quality and traditional techniques witnessed. The older gentleman who run the operation are also super nice to everyone.

The total price was 8.55 euros. My tour guide asked the employee if I was allowed to sit in the tables and chairs in the dining room. I felt surprised that he asked. I had assumed that I as a paying customer would automatically be allowed to sit inside and eat. I rate the churros as 4 stars and the dark chocolate dip as 4 stars. These churros might be more authentic to Spain, but my husband and I personally prefer the churros in the U.S.
