I gave them a 2 since they originally were responsive. If they didn't have time to deal with my situation then they should have said so. According to the last text the arborist Noah was going to review and get back to me and there has been no response since May 27th. I do not recommend this company.

Isn't it great to know anyone can just have your property destroyed without co-ownership approval???? This is a sub-par operation. I strongly recommend you seek out a different company for your tree needs!!!!!!

Nicholas, an arborist, did a consultation, and was very helpful. He had some helpful suggestions (contacting the city about the ash tree, the power company about an elm, and having the work done in the fall when perennials and shrubs are going dormant to minimize the damage to our landscaping). He provided a written quote, which I appreciate and answered follow up questions via email. I am going to get another quote for the project before making a decision, but this company is a contender. I had a good impression for our meeting. The price seems a little high to me, but everything feels inflated these days.

Arbor Barber had been on our block previously doing some work for a neighbor and they did a great job. I gave them a call and Tim, the head guy, was able to stop by that afternoon to assess the job and give us a bid. We were so happy to learn he could get it done the next day. The team arrived the next morning and knocked out the project before Noon. They had to remove the debris by hand as we didn't have any easy access for equipment. They were so respectful and tidy. The neighbor's yards looked as good as new, minus the damage to the fences. We highly Arbor Barber!
