He arrived early, took group pictures at every stop, tolerated our random playlist, made sure everyone had their ID ready for each distillery and kept us right on schedule. I've been out with Xtreme Transportation twice, and both times have been great! The vehicles are very nice and the drivers have been awesome. The first trip was for a bachelorette party, and the driver was a great sport throughout the entire thing, even though the group got pretty rowdy. The second trip was to Lexington for a holiday party, and even through rush hour traffic the driver was great! On the way there she even stopped at a gas station for our group, and then on the way back to Louisville she stopped at Wendy's so we could all grab some food for the ride. If you're looking for a party bus, or transportation for a large group, I highly recommend Xtreme Transportation. read more

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for Derby weekend and they were selling bracelets for $45 for the Extreme Transportation shuttle bus that dropped you off WAY closer to Churchill Downs than you can get with an uber/lyft. The ride there was great, driver was friendly and chatty with guests. She made it to Churchill Downs in no time. But the shuttle STUNK... like it had been stored in my grandmother's moldy basement. Yuck. The ride back, we all met up at a blue tent on the corner a couple blocks from Churchill Downs. There was a big line and people were waiting from all different hotels ---- we didn't realize that each shuttle that came was dedicated to ONE hotel at a time... which meant a long wait. When it was our turn, the staff told the driver we were going to the Crowne Plaza, and not the Galt House like she expected. She was worried and confused, having to enter new info into her phone GPS to figure out how to get there, citing the "bad traffic." Ummm.... if you work as a DRIVER and the hotels are within a 10 minute (typically) drive of Churchill Downs, how are you not 100% clear how to get there without GPS??? That made us worried, for sure. She was not nearly as friendly and her driving was not nearly as good as our first driver --- she struggled to make confident lane changes, drove much slower than surrounding traffic, and relied heavily on her GPS (which she had set to call out directions audibly). And... for a second time... the shuttle SMELLED so bad. Again, like a musty, moldy basement. Thank god it was a relatively short drive to our hotel because I don't think I could stand it for much longer. read more

Greg was our driver he was a very good driver. He was patient with us and was very kind opening the door for us helping us with Bluetooth and was an all around friendly person. Helped us packing and unloading things I definitely suggest this service and Greg is the driver you need. read more

This place is awful. Booked a party bus through them and they cancelled on me 3 hours before the intended pickup with no warning at all before and no option for rescheduling. Lackadaisical service all around, hard to deal with, and unreliable. If you want to book a service that will actually show up, I'd recommend using a different company. They ruined my birthday. read more

Terrible experience with our bus driver and the manager of Xtreme Transportation, would NOT recommend!! However, my experience with the customer service ladies was excellent! They were very informative and friendly. My experience with our driver and the manager of Xtreme Transportation was very unsatisfactory. I booked a 16 passenger party bus for my bachelorette party to take us on a winery tour. I called ahead of time and gave Xtreme transportation directions to the airbnb we were staying at (which were provided by the airbnb owner). When our driver arrived 10 minutes late his first words to us were "Where is the bride? We are going to fight. I got lost because of your directions, otherwise I would have been here on time." We didn't care that the bus was late, but this accusation was a poor way to start the day. The entire trip was also a terrible experience. We only made it to two of the three wineries we were scheduled to go to. The driver managed to get lost going to ALL THREE of the wineries, even though he was using a GPS. Two hours were lost that day due to getting lost. In addition, the driver backed into a tree at one of the wineries. When we were five minutes out from our third and last winery stop when the driver informed us that we couldn't go because his general manager was at the winery and said there was no way for the bus to turn around. In addition to all of this, we had to ask the driver multiple times to drive slower because he was speeding through winding Southern Indiana roads which was (1) making us all car sick and (2) making us feel very unsafe. Highway routes were also available to each of our destinations. Lastly, when speaking with the manager about our whole experience he was not very understanding and tried to make "excuses" for all of the events that happened. Ultimately, we did end up being refunded for the 2 hours that were lost. Although it was nice to receive this compensation back, it does not change the fact that this was a stressful and unenjoyable experience. I will never use Xtreme Transportation again and will never recommend it to anyone. read more

Horrible!! Awful!! They are the Galt Houses in-house transpiration service. We bought the transportation package at the Galt House for the Kentucky Derby and Oaks. For the Oaks, when we arrived at the pickup location, they told us that they did not have room and to take a cab, which was 20 blocks away. We had 6 people in high heels that had to walk 20 blocks. When we called the owner Brian at the hotel, he would not reimburse us and was so rude. TAKE AN UBER or CAB! read more

I made a reservation with them in October for the following February with xtreme transportation and they cancelled my reservation without telling me! I even paid in advance. I found out Facebook from a friend and I had to call. They misplaced my reservation and told me 8 didn't have a reservation. I sent a copy of my receipt. Several hours later they my reservation was cancelled and tomorrow they would look into refunding me! Horrible service that you can't count on! read more

Couldn't be more pleased with the service we received. David, the driver, arrived shortly before the scheduled pickup, giving us time to load luggage and 12 riders, transporting them from the Kentucky Derby Museum to Owensboro. The minibus was clean inside and out; the interior seats looked comfortable. David had bottled water for all passengers. We used Xtreme Transportation for a trip from Southern Indiana/Louisville to Indianapolis for a Colts game. Our driver(Nelson) was fantastic and tremendously accommodating. We wanted to tailgate before the game and he was able to get us into a nice area to do so, he patiently waited as our group went to the game and was there ready to roll when it was over. We took a 12 Passenger Mercedes Sprinter. It was clean, spacious and a smooth ride. Absolutely loved the decision to use Xtreme for this little road trip. We plan on using them again. read more

I had used Xtreme Transportation for years and were always very happy with the service and Randy was always our favorite driver. But we had a nightmare experience on Saturday, April 18, 2015 the day of Thunder Over Louisville with a different driver, his name was Carl. It was my 12 year old sons birthday we had a 32 passenger limo and we had went to Louisville Caverns for zip lining. Our pickup time was at 2:30 but by the time everyone got off their equipment and got onto the limo it was closer to 3:00. My husband and I did one last walk to make sure that we had all the children and all the family members on the limo, as we were walking out through the parking lot to get back on the limo with our party we noticed that everyone was being kicked off our limo. It was 3:03. We were told that other transportation would be on the way to coming get us because that limo had some place else to be. They had over booked the limo. There were a lot of personal items left on the limo including an iPod etc. that we never received back and I had started calling the main office about immediately as the limo was still pulling out of the parking lot. The driver kicked us off so fast that we could not get all of our personal belongings off the limo. The driver never spook to me or my husband. He kicked off all our kids and family without even telling us in person or speaking to us, the children were the ones who told us what was going on. The limo was driving away before we even knew what was going on. We were left standing in a parking lot in the sun with mostly children and weren't picked up for well over an hour, it was in a service minivan and much smaller older limousine. I paid over $800 for this service. Not once were we offered any kind of compensation or even an apology. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever again. This was a nightmare experience for a birthday party that spent over $3000 on and left me in tears. Most of all my son was disappointed and embarrassed. Sherri C read more
