We had a few appointments to maintain... Casey's intimate knowledge of all the distilleries allowed him to steer us in the right direction, as locations closed due to power failures and flooding and the sins of man. They have everything you need to have a great day on the bourbon trail; light snacks, water, soft drinks, and cups to sample with on the coach. We enjoyed our time with our guide at the Frazier getting a brief knowledge overview of bourbon before our journey began. We started bright and early with a delicious tasting there! We then had a delicious lunch that was ready almost exactly when we arrived, which was great after already having a few tastes! The tours at Jim Beam and Heaven Hill were very informative and enjoyable. We really hope to go to try out the Thursday and Friday tours sometime soon!

The bad part is that we had a bridal party of 12 all in long gowns, full wedding dress, inside the Limo bus was warm on the drive to our venue & we were sweating! It was not a hot day just sunny. A few minutes into our ride I asked the driver to turn the A/C down, after another few minutes I asked her again to make it colder as it was still too warm, the bride was overheating & some bridesmaids were fanning their gowns to try to cool off & I closed the blinds to try to help cool down the inside. On my second request I watched the driver play with the A/C knob & turn it all the way to cold. By the last 5 minutes of the ride it finally cooled down but it was a bit too late our bride was nauseated. I called the owner & all I got was excuses. He told me the Freon was low & that it should have only been 5-7 degree warmer in the vehicle. So if it was set to 68 it was actually almost 78 degrees in the back where we all were & my daughter was in a full long flowing wedding gown. Owner explained that they usually only turn the temperature down a little at a time when asked & that only upset me more as I think back to how overheated our bridal party was during our ride. He also had the nerve to tell me that the same limo bus was used later that night & there was no problem with it being warm, well the temperature also dropped that evening into the 50's. I was very disappointed with this rental. My advice is before renting talk to the owner to make sure that the limo has been serviced & A/C is fully charged. I had in my mind that most limousines I had been in carried more than 8 people and it might be small, but it was definitely comparable in size to other limos I have ridden in. It was not as expensive as we had anticipated and as a matter of fact, because the light show was so packed, we actually went over our time by about 45 minutes and he didn't charge us for that time. A nice gesture was that he had prepared a CD for us with Christmas music that had over 30 songs on it. At the end of the trip, it was ours to keep. We had a blast. On our way back to Indy the rear right tire had a blow out and we sat along the interstate east of Columbus Ohio for 5 hours waiting on a replacement bus. Entirely way too long and very dangerous for all 56 people on the bus. While transferring to the second bus took a pic of the tire. It should have been replaced a long time ago. Never again on a Jaco bus for me. Feel like the company should have refunded the passengers.

I have been working with bus companies taking senior citizens out traveling since 2001 full time. NEVER have I ever not been called back to talk about incidents as they happen. I called this company repeatedly. No one ever called me back. This company sent an old tired bus into McKenzie TN that died when it got there. 40 senior grandmas and grandpas were standing there waiting at 8:15 AM to depart. Instead of sending a replacement bus right away, they sent someone who spoke no English to try to fix it. He couldn't. By the time the replacement bus departed it was 3:15 PM and the group missed their wonderful dinner that they had paid for. No apologies. No offers to refund the seniors for their missed dinner. Read the 1 star reviews. They are accurate.
