staff is Xtremely unknowledgeable to the owner if you read these I cannot recommend an observation and overall of all staff any more than now. The store looks nice the layout is great but the gears turning in that place aren't the best fit. Not sure how they keep repeats in. These guys have a sweet shop. Great smiths and great selection. They are one of the few shops in the area that carry high end stuff. Tons of parts too! The shop is great, the selection is great. The people behind the counter are constantly feeding me knowledge about subjects I'm not the most up to par on. There has not been a question they haven't been able/willing to answer. Their prices are decent considering the current market. They are always willing to order something for me if I can not find it elsewhere. Their loss Went into this establishment on a friends recommendation that they had great customer service and a great selection. I prefer to give my business to local small businesses during the pandemic. I was ready to make a purchase today, if the gun I was looking for was in stock. Unfortunately, when I entered the establishment with my face covering on ( and no one else was wearing theirs) I was pretty much ignored. After looking around on my own for a few minutes, I left. Went 9/22/21 shopping for a gun. Stood talking to two of the employees and a guy came out from the back and reprimands them for talking to us. He actually said, "you can't be chatting with customers, we have to much work to do. Get back to work". I was STUNNED. I have never ever had this happen. You can't make this stuff up! Wish I could tell you if this shop is any good or not. Checked hours on website and they list 7pm for closing. It's China Virus time so I call. No one picks up but message says leave a voicemail. I figure they may be short staffed and busy. So I make the 15 minute trip and find them locked up at 6:05pm. I see someone behind the counter and knock. He comes to the door to tell me they are closed. I point out that their sign on the door, website etc say they are open to 7pm AND I called. He shakes his head red-faced. Is it really that hard to treat people with respect and keep your promise? I was looking for a BAR Mark II Safari with BOSS, but I guess I'll have to keep looking for a reputable gun dealer. Be prepared to be treated like one too. Xtreme treats every customer the way you deserve to be treated. They take the time to get to know you, your family, and your personal defense and/ or shooting needs. They do amazing custom work, and have firearms you won't find elsewhere. I would of given this shop a ZERO but sadly it requires me to at least give it a 1 star. I called this shop to see if they were following the states mandatory guidelines and requiring all employees to wear masks and customers as well. I was told "no we don't wear them or require customers to wear them". When I asked why they aren't following the states rules in order to remain open the gentlemen said "because we don't think it's that serious". Then proceeded to tell me you won't find a gun store that does. This is a disgrace that other businesses can be fined or shut down and these kinds of businesses aren't even trying at all to follow the rules. So while in the gun store the owner I think his name is Kevin, grabbed a Glock from the back to show a customer. While walking to the front of the store he decided to pull the trigger without safety checking the gun. I'm sure you can imagine what happened next. YES there was a round in the chamber and it went off. The bullet almost struck his employee but luckily landed into something up front. He then got pissed off at the employee saying " who left a loaded firearm on my desk." I mean both of them are in the wrong but what gun dealer just pulls the trigger on a gun he just picked up without checking it. So thankful myself or no one else got hurt this day. Needless to say I will not be returning to this gun shop ever again. read more

Excellent service every time I stop in. I had a rifle transferred here recently and received an alert that it was delivered and typically most shops will have you wait until they call you to come in to do the transfer paperwork. Well I walked in not knowing this and despite that the guy asked for my ID and info, took the time to find my order that I had shipped there, had me take care of the paperwork I needed to via there easy to use computer process (a lot of places have you fill out forms and the space they give you on those forms suck), and within 10 mins I was done and on my way home with my new rifle. Went back there the following week just because of that and I plan on stopping in again this weekend. As for you people complaining about the masks issue, considering the one lady complained about one guy buying five guns in two days perhaps you should mind your business, the fact he wasn't wearing a mask as well as why most gun shops do not require the mask is to insure you are who you say you are. Also it's video proof of your face making the purchase. I would think the people complaining would use their common sense but I guess you should obstruct your face especially if you intend on nefarious intentions oh wait criminals do that already. Anyhow I digress despite the mask not being warn (they don't work btw your precious science proved that fact) there is hand sanitizer located on each counter and near the door so you can make sure your hands are clean when handling merchandise also you are a reasonable distance away from the counter and everyone generally gives you your six feet distance despite being a small shop unlike in the big box stores where people breath down your neck through their masks. To Frank and the guys keep up the great work! I'll continue giving you my business and continue to have my firearms sent there if not purchasing from you. read more
