I requested a home deep clean, I was moving into an older house. The past owner was not there. The…read morehouse was empty with carpet pulled when they came. I left them alone to do other stuff and came in to check on them a couple hours later. They were working and chatting, we were all chatting shortly, I showed them where cold drinks were and went back to my work. I returned about 4:00 and checked in with them, they were going to be another couple hours. I gave instructions on leaving and went to where I'm staying. Next afternoon I was walking around inside the house. It still smelled like cigarettes, windows looked dingy. I got a paper towel with a little bit of spray on it and ran it along a window frame top. It was nearly black with dust and grit. I wiped the windowsill with a clean part and got the same. Now I was curious...I found water spots on faucet chrome, hand marks on a door frame, walls were not wiped down, some shelves still had stains from old food containers ( these did not completely clean up when I went over them, but they lightened considerably), the washer had cobwebs behind it and a hand smear on the top, the dials had not been wiped down. I could see oils from people's skin around the knobs. I got a referral for Ericsson's by someone who raved about them. I was disappointed. I got a normal house cleaning, not a "deep cleaning". I called the office and explained, they were very apologetic and said they'd have the girls come and fix it. I never got a call, my husband either. They said they went again, I wasn't there. They said they must've left a window open the first visit. One night and a day would not create that much dust on the tops of cupboards, door frames, washer , etc... There ought to be inservices on what defines "deep cleaning" in the company. Otherwise, they were on time, admin was cheerful and professional, I received a thorough estimate of charges.

I looove my dear cleaner Jenny. She goes above and beyond expectations and her husband Don has…read morehelped me with many projects. These two are one of a kind. Jenny uses the best smelling products that are non-toxic, and she has always left my house beautiful and does more than I expect every time she comes. You cannot go wrong with these two, seriously. I can't say enough good things about there work ethic and kindness. Thank you to my All-Star team!! ALSO- I had Jenny and Don do my move out clean and projects to fix the backyard back to normal- let me say again they exceeded my expectations and even took things to the dump for me. I got my ENTIRE deposit back which has never happened before. I owe it all to these two.

I'm so glad I put the request for house cleaning on Yelp. Adam responded promptly and sent a quote by text. He showed up and was even a couple minutes early. I had him clean the rooms from top to bottom- baseboards to ceiling fans. The house was sparkling and smelled clean and fresh. Initially I thought his quote was a little high, but both my husband and I felt he was totally worth it as this was a detailed cleaning. I found out that he does car, boat, and airplane detailing too. We will give him a try for the boat next. I highly recommend you give him a try. I'm in Lake Havasu and he services this area too.

A few months later, I needed my house cleaned regularly. I called Brittany, again. The crew that cleans, continually preforms admirably. The last time Nightowl came to my home, I was feeling under the weather. I left the door unlocked and ask them to come on in and clean, while I slept. If it weren't for Theo vacuuming, I probably would have slept through their stay. (BAD THEO!) The Nightowl crew started out as strangers, but now they're friends.
