Because of vandalism, my passenger side window had to be replaced. Although the insurance did…read morereplace the window, the tinting was something I had handle myself. From Yelp, I requested the cost for the tinting and how soon I could have it taken care. Within less than 5 minutes, Dustin responded. After giving my cars details, I again had a response within minutes of the cost and willingness to get me in first thing on a Saturday morning. Although it was a 35-minute drive to their shop, Apex had the window tinted within less than 30 minutes and I was back on the road. I forgot to ask for a receipt, so I emailed Dustin with that request. Again, within minutes I had a text receipt for my records. The cost is very fair and the drive from Nashville/Franklin was worth it.

He…read moreexplained the difference in tints by having a rotating display with a light inside that demonstrated the amount of heat each film blocked. Very effective! I've had many vehicles and always had windows tinted, this was by far the best! In the past windows had to remain closed for 24 hours, with Dustin's process there's no waiting, windows can be rolled down immediately. The best part, there's no visible cut line at bottom of window. If you want perfection, Dustin is the person to see.

I have been happy with all the work he has done so far and I plan to eventually have both vehicles tinted.

I stopped in today to check on having a new strip of tint added to my windshield since they were…read morethe ones who installed it initially. The old tint was fine, but I had just had the windshield replaced which resulted in the tint being gone. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fit me in because of my tight schedule (totally not their fault) and their heavy workload, but it prompted me to go onto Yelp and leave a review anyway. I'm by no means a recent customer. I found my card they gave me for my warranty, and the install date was in April of 2012. My tint still looks like they just installed it yesterday, and I've done nothing to maintain it except maybe use the glass cleaner that says it's for auto glass. That's it. There's been no bubbling or peeling of any kind since it was installed. You can definitely trust their work here.
