    A great place to train for all abilities. The group environment is fun and will help push you. Gauranteed you will get fitter.

From what I understand, it's strictly a training facility and not necessarily an exercise gym where you buy monthly memberships. I train with Patrick and Marco 3 times a week, at 6am in the morning, and I am excited to attend every time because not only are they great trainers, the group of people I train with too are fantastic and those things combined makes it such a motivating experience that I am willing to drive all the way to Richmond 3x a week just so I can keep up with it. I would highly recommend trying out one of the classes as it is probably the best group of people you can train with. Patrick and Marco are so knowledgeable and so motivating - they make the workout challenging every time and I leave feeling so good about the workout and the progress I have made. Of course, you have to be motivated personally as well, however, finding the right vide and training with the right people is what makes the journey worthwhile. If you are looking for a non-intimidating gym and long lasting results - look no further. You can email Crux and they will probably hook you up with a free session to start. I just can't say enough good things about this place and am so happy I found it.

Harris has been extremely approachable, which made me feel comfortable in sharing my insecurities and what I wanted to work on. He would often encourage me and keep me on track with my goals, and it really motivates you to know that someone is watching over you, caring for your progress and being with you throughout your fitness journey. Every session he would challenge me to push a little harder, which made me realize I was becoming stronger than I thought. Even as I work out on my own time, I've developed the habit of pushing myself a bit more everytime I felt like things were getting easy, and this is all thanks to Harris. Not only am I excited to continue my fitness journey with Harris, but I also know that I've made a lifelong friend. I really encourage you to reach out to Harris, and I know without a doubt he'll be able to support you in your fitness goals, just like he did with me!     This gym is unequivocally the worst fitness experience in the lower mainland. Equipment is…read moreregularly taken over by personal trainers. In fact, several times throughout the week, at peak periods FW staff trainers hold classes that uses the entire gym making it impossible to train independently. There's only one set of pretty much any equipment which means your often waiting for weights and benches. The washrooms are never cleaned and often in disrepair. Equipment is rarely wiped down by members even if FW actually filled the hygiene stations. It's disgusting. More importantly, it is not a safe space and there's no staff on site if aggressive individuals are present. People regularly fob in large unpaying groups. When asked about this, FW says "there's nothing we can do". You're better off doing pushups in your living room.

I was intimidated to try this style of working out but it was so worth it. All of the instructors are amazing and I've already learned so much. I love how you are taught not to rush through the exercises, you are motivated to increase your weight and overall are provided great quality workouts. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their overall health through strength training! I would give 10 stars if I could.
