Great customer service, now I see why they have such great reviews here:). I was very disappointed in the way my case was handled with Winright. I contacted them initially on a Saturday via Yelp and followed up Monday. The friendly receptionist asked me to send in the paper work for the law team to review if they could help me. As time was of the essence, I quickly responded and sent in what they requested Monday. I followed up with an email Tuesday and when I did not hear back nearing the end of that day I phoned to enquire when I could set up an appointment. I was saddened to hear that the firm is too busy with other cases and they could not forsee a time when they could discuss my case with me. This exercise unfortunately cost me precious time in receiving an opinion on a time limited case. I am extremely disappointed they did not inform me from the beginning that they didn't have the time to meet with me (for 30 min!) to give an opinion. I wish I was posting another 5 star review after using their services, but my experience with them was anything but.

The Captain mentioned fuel cost and requested our credit card information which we provide. Never mentioned any other costs. He arrived and canoed a short distance with fuel and we got underway. About an hour later we were shocked to have a $675 charge to our Credit Card. Again, we assumed this company was like a fresh water cost guard rescue linked with 911. Very predatory company and it appears with some pull for 911to call them directly. We were clear with 911 we were safe but stuck due to the location relative to the dams current which reduced the urgency level. If C-Tow had been forthcoming with estimated costs we would have got others to help or waited for another boater. When I called C-Tow and emailed them they basically said that they provide the service and were like a Tow Truck Company. That being said Tow Trucks are required to send you an itemized invoice before they receive payment and the final bill cannot be more than 10% above the quoted price which means we should have had a quote before he arrived.

You are either an Angel or an Angel sent to me by my Lord to Redeem my case. I was in a mental hospital and the side effects, were like perpetual electric shock potent enough to torture me but not potent enough to kill me. But Life was also hell because the immigration was trying to deport me. I was a sandwich between two rocks Then the Lord became mindful of me and sent you to help me. You are either a human Angel or an Angle sent to me from the heavens above. When an immigration appeal lawyer advised me that the only lawyer who could help me with my immigration case was you and gave me your name and phone number and when you accepted my case for free, I strongly believed my immigration case would be approved. The very moment you accepted my case my life became a double dip winner. I had a new psychiatrist who put me on different medications with very low side effects and the torture was being alleviated. Halleluiah. My immigration case was dead, clinically dead and had no life in it and I had no hope of achieving any status but deportation before my case landed at your desk. I felt good when I got a peer support worker job and earned little money, I was happy to share that with you. The first time you charged me was one with a big discount. Then, when you got me A PROTECTED PERSON status and I told you my intentions to visit my sisters in Sweden whom I didn't see for more than 30 years, and they were getting advanced in age, you gave me back the money you worked for, the money I paid you for your work, to buy a plane ticket for the journey. Is this a work of an Angel or a work of a Lawyer? Earlier to those days, I was counting the hours, the days, the months, the years I was hold in the hospital. Seconds seemed hours and days seemed years. Every day I was crying and sobbing. I was living among others; in reality I was living alone. You are and were the only one with the immigration CPR knowledge. When you accepted my case and the medications were changed everything changed. Not only did I forgot to count the hours and days, I even forgot counting the Years I was hold in the hospital. YES, I DID. I am now a PERMANENT RESIDENT OF CANADA and I am proud to be one because of you and my joy has no bounds. Mr. Elgin you have done good things for me which is not payable with money. Even now when I was expecting you to charge me for all your full time works, although what you did for me is not payable with money, you gave me a big discount again and charged me the minimum possible.
