Since Melissa "decided to head down a different career path by becoming a truck driver"- her words, she has not responded to any of our 50+ requests turned to demands to finish our website. She won't even give us the log-on informatino for us to be able to hire another company to fix her awful work or lack thereof. We paid her in full after she demanded we pay the remaining balance after she completed the "DRAFT" of our website. (BIG MISTAKE). SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY FOR A REPUTABLE, PROFESSIONAL WEB-DEVELOPER. SHE IS A JOKE! OH and urge your local and state legislature to require licensing for web-developers. According to the BBB they are the biggest offenders when it comes to ripping consumers off.
