The service along the way and the final results were astounding, and well worth the price. Speaking of price the bid we received from Make Space was one of the lowest we received from competing firms, but the promises were among the highest. Based on the feedback and praise we get from both customers, as well as, our peers in the industry about our website, Makespace certainly met and exceeded all the promises. Based on their professionalism, value, technical ability, and pleasure to work with I would not hesitate in the least to recommend them to fellow business owners.

Worst - Worst - Worst company I have ever dealt with. They took my partners money and built a $1000…read morewebsite that they wanted to charge over $10k for. The kicker is that they yelled at me for not answering a few simple questions and instead told me to "go read my email". I've worked in IT for 15 years and I am amazed that someone like this can still get jobs. Classless and uneducated does not give you the right to steal from people who put trust in you to help them build their business. Do not fall for the pretty proposals and legal documents - that just gives them ways to get out of earning what they charge you for. I'm writing this after getting off the phone and trying to be cordial but with no success, I finally told them that Karma what it's all about and that same Karma will come back to get you. Thanks Yelp for helping me warn others. i would give negative 2 starts if allowed.

I've known about Blackstone Digital for several years and two years ago began working with them as…read morea marketing manager. My company needed a complete website overhaul and because Blackstone had recently dived into our industry they were at the top of the list for possible partners. To begin discussion about our website we entered into a discovery contract. This period included a full day session between their team and ours, diving deep into our goals and vision for an end product. Blackstone also committed to researching our industry, national and local competitors and current website analytics. We submitted a list of employees and customers, which they interviewed by phone. My favorite bit of info - third party input from website visitors, sharing what they liked and didn't like on the current website. It confirmed several issues I'd highlighted as the reason we needed to make the investment. A quote for website production was issued after discovery. I had the option to walk away with the information or move forward. Building a website isn't easy and patience is key, but Blackstone bailed down the template and navigation quickly. I was taught how to build content into the pages and set up SEO on Yoast, which is built in to the customized Wordpress site. Before launch I worked closely with the Blackstone team to perform QA tests. We had one day of sitting in a conference room knocking out fixes. When our launch happened, it was seamless. I waited a week to announce it to the company! But, our new site worked from day one. I now work with Blackstone monthly on a retainer agreement. The team continues to produce analytics and suggestions for improvement. Some things I can do, others they quote by the job. They also assist my company with AdWords and website hosting. Blackstone will not be the cheapest option for a website but the end product will certainly show the difference. I consider them a partner that provides transparency and education for my questions regarding digital marketing.

I really like my web redesign with OutMarket Pro. It looks cleaner and more professional than…read morebefore. The process was smooth, and more importantly, there was communication. I've worked with several marketing teams in the past and my experience has been that people that I am paying didn't get back with me in a timely manner when I contacted them nor keep me informed as to what was happening in the process. This was not at all the case with OutMarket.Pro so I'm very pleased. I especially liked that the discussion items were summarized in an email so that both parties have reference to what was discussed and decided upon....no room for confusion. I am new to the business world and this was a much needed (pleasant) experience. Highly recommend them!

Some might say that I'm that customer who is pretty difficult to please/demanding and I'm hardly ever satisfied with services I purchase. This is one of the few times that I'm honestly pleased with an outcome, and also with the whole development process. CUSTOM WEB not only exceeded my expectations, but it was a very easy and pleasant experience working with them. They are very professional, focused, responding and very skilled in their many areas of expertise. They were there for me every step of the way and offered lots of guidance and free advice. We are getting ready to launch any day now and only tackling some minor cosmetic and content issues now. I've also contracted CUSTOM WEB to take care of my marketing. They came up with this excellent marketing strategy that I just can't wait to launch. I'm printing all my marketing material with them, they've designed my logo and beautiful business cards. One of the things that I liked the most is that they offer very reasonable and highly competitive pricing and payment options. It is a one stop shop for all the entrepreneurs marketing and advertising needs.
