ER Visit on 09- 29- 2025 I had to take my 93 year old mother…read morethere after she choked on something at the adult daycare center and had to have the Heimlich maneuver performed on her. We took her immediately to the hospital. We arrived at around 2:30 pm. She was triaged fairly quickly and told that beds were full and that they would get to us as soon as possible. During our time there one person passed out, they were taken back fairly fast, as I guess they didn't want to keep cleaning up her puke from the floor again. The second person was losing consciousness and about to pass out and throwing up in the bag, but when her friend just tried to ask how long they would be was told just to sit down and they'll be with them shortly. This all escalated as another guest basically told the guy to sit down shut up and wait his turn then another guest defended this lady after the guy told her to politely mind her own business. Which caused the security guard to come out.  All the while it's 1 hour, then 2 hours , then 3 hours while my mom is still unseen sitting in that waiting room.  Getting cold and finally telling me she wanted to leave. I gave up and told the receptionist that we wanted to leave but she tried to say she would get us back soon but a nurse in maroon scrubs said no don't guarantee her that cause if someone else is sicker then her they will go in first before her. So I signed waiver an left. Shame on you SMC. You need to do better,  you basically were saying that a 93 year old woman who earlier was choking was not a concern of any kind. Is it gonna take someone passing on the waiting room floor for someone to wake up. Plus with the pandamonium and drama with the guests and patients there. It was a horrible experience.  .

Never saw a doctor or ar PA but was seen by a Nurse Practioner, who must not looked at my history. She perscribed generic Bactrim DS (SULFAMETHOXAZOLE-TMP DS) which is contraindicated for CKD III. This caused my Creatinine level too shoot to a very high level. When asked to talk to the Supervising physician, I was told he does not return phone calls. Wonder why??? This clinic needs to do a better job of teaching thier NP's.

He doesn't get home until 7:00pm and most urgent cares close at 8:00pm. So we immediately went to the nearest one, which was this location, and arrived roughly at 7:10pm. As soon as we walk in, who I am assuming is the receptionist, is standing in the lobby and whips around and looks completely confused as to why we are there. I then asked if they were still open, and she goes to say "well yeah, until 7:30, have we seen you before?" I go "well if it's too late we can go somewhere else, but no you haven't seen us before" she goes on to walk into the back behind the counter obviously annoyed and slamming the door behind her. I then brought up once again if we need to go somewhere else we would. She then goes "well it's just like, I have an hour drive home" as if that is supposed to be my problem? If you cannot have any sympathy for someone who is not feeling well, don't work in healthcare. We happily went somewhere else, and they have taken great care of my boyfriend. I will never come back here. So sad to see how many bad apples are in the healthcare field nowadays.....

Pros: Super clean Kind staff Cons: Slow Inconsistent information Hard to get clear direction Check in took me a good 45 mins and we were the only people there. Front desk couldn't seem to figure anything out. I had to jump through so many hoops for them to verify my insurance only to not and charged me out of pocket for my visit. I was told once I could prove I had coverage they would reimburse my $125. I submitted what they needed 24 hours later only to get the run around about my refund! 38 days later, I had to reach out to the business again to finally get a refund. If this is the way this place will be, I'll stick to the extra drive.

15 hours ago New Let…read moreme preface by saying Kylie and the nurse that triaged me was very nice and caring. THIS IS SPECIFICALLY ABOUT BECKY. I was not feeling well, pretty dehydrated and I called All Set (which is awesome) and they told me to contact Immediate Care because they have IV fluids available. So I called at 7:03 and I asked if I got there before 8pm (when they close) would they treat me and they said yes. So we drove the 30 mins there and at about 7:50 they took me back to triage. At approximately 8:00pm Becky came in WITH AN ATTITUDE. She just checked my ears and mouth asked me why Im dehydrated then told me that she would need labs stat on me and since they did not do that there there is nothing she can do for me. I then asked for fluids and she flat out refuse stating that she refuses to stay after 8pm to give me any. That was my visit. It was over in less than 3 minutes and that was me asking her why she's refusing to treat me. This is eerily veering into insurance fraud to me. Why even take me back? Why check me in? Why take me to triage? Only other tell me in less Thant 2 minutes you cat do anything for me. You made me drive 30 minutes there to just look at the back of my throat?? BECKYS LICENSE NEED TO BE LOOKED AT. THIS COMPANY THAT HIRED HER NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED. YOU ADMIT PATIENTS BEFORE 8PM TO GET INSURANCE MONEY ONLY FOR BECKY TO SAY SHE CAN'T DO ANYTHING AFTER 8PM. SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY DOWNRIGHT RUDE AND NEEDS TO LEAVE THIS PROFESSION BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS AND QUITE FRANKLY NOT GOOD AT HER JOB.
