My husband takes the truck back in to complain, they basically admit it's their fault, say now they know better for future customers, but are unwilling to do anything about destroying our truck.

I stoped in North Port Pennzoil today looking for a tire for her car. They had a large selection of used tires all kinds of sizes. They had 2 of the same brand that were the size I was looking for. I purchased them both the person who helped me Dave was very polite and helpful. He mounted and balanced the first tire so I could return and put it on her car. I returned within a hour with her car to have him mount and balance the other tire so wouldn't have 3 of one brand and 1 of another. This way front would be one brand and rear another brand. Best of all is the friendliness of the workers. Dave also quoted me a complete Break job which was way cheeper than a quote I had received from another place. I will be return there to have work performed on my vehicles. Thank You Kindly

I took my car up for an oil change and a quick inspection of my car. Hours later, I receive a call that it was going to cost me 3,500 dollars to fix my car. With all the problems they told me that was wrong with my car was impossible. My car drove too smooth for the issues they said I had. They take my car down from the rack and when I went to leave my car had a rock when I turned my steering wheel side to side. I asked them to put my car back on the rack to check it out and i stayed there with my baby while my husband went to pick up our older child from school. They waited for my husband to leave so they could approach me about paying for the job after my husband said no. I paid for an oil change and took my car somewhere else for a second opinion. Come to find out, the oil change was never done and the only thing they got right were the bad ball joints. They wanted to charge me for an entire front end repair when there was nothing wrong with my car. My husband goes back in to confront them for not doing the oil change and they wanted to deny the evidence we had. Then they tried to tell us we were charged for a deep inspection of the car. We didnt ask for a deep inspection. We asked for and oil change and the free quick inspection. I contacted their customer service department and trying to voice my complaint, talking to them reassured me that they really couldn't care less about the customers that keep that place in business and really dont care how there employees are. I will never bring my car back to this place. This place is the poster child of "never trust a mechanic"
